- Update to 5.0.
- Add the following patches:
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12400
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12818
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12828
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12862
- Remove obsolete patches.
- Add options to build optional subpackages.
- Add option to use 387 FPU instead of SSE (amd64 only).
- Reduce size of what is installed in PREFIX.
- It now passes all tests (except minor floating point differences) under
amd64. There are still unsolved failed tests with i386.
