* Chase the shared lib version of OpenLDAP 2.2 [1]
* Make CONFIGURE_MAX_CMD_LEN default to sysctl -n kern.argmax which is more
accurate, and has been in FreeBSD since the beginning (NOTE:
CONFIGURE_MAX_CMD_LEN is still overrideable from a port's Makefile) [2]
