. update to version 2.1.4;
. add a note to /usr/ports/UPDATING;
. add $PATCH_DEPENDS found by tinderbox test;
. switch maintainership to the submitter;
. use %%DATADIR%% at pkg-plist;
. use $DIST_SUBDIR because distname does not include "heartbeat" string.
