- Fix the build with recent GCC [1]
- Augment MASTER_SITES
- Convert pkg-message -> files/pkg-message.in
- Mute MKDIRs
- Tidy up package description and message (kill EOL spaces, add a fullstop,
reformat slightly)
- Properly reindent Makefile header
