Update to 0.8.04.
Vendor changes:
- fixed some Windows problems;
- added NTLM authentication
- added checks for broken connections
- reverted the server response tests
- some documentation fixes and additions
- fixed typo causing problems with perl 5.8
- fixed incorrect handling of halfhour timezones
