Reassign converters/ perl modules to perl@.
Also:
- Sort plists
- Fix p5-Convert-BER's bizarre pkg-descr
- p5-Unicode-Map8 fails make test (and did so before)
- p5-XML-WBXML fails make test (and did so before)
