- Update py-PySQLite11 (repocopied from py-PySQLite) to 1.1.6.
- Move py-PySQLite to py-PySQLite10.
- Update py-PySQLite10 to 1.0.1.
- Remove obsolete dependencies.
- Assign maintainership to submitter.
