editors/calligra-l10n: add plist-sub

All of the Calligra translations can use %%LANG%% in their plists
to reduce plist-differences across the translations and reduce
churn. Also introduces ${CURDIR:H:H} instead of some ${CURDIR}/../..
constructions.
