This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.

0.90.3 August 11 1999
Fixed small OS-specific bugs - broken isspace in Turbo C under DOS
and %x was replaced %i for compatibility with SunOS 4.
This however avoids PRs, e-mails, and questions on why we don't have
the latest.

latest gcc. This is currently the system compiler in 4-current and
ports/lang/egcs in 3-stable.
Setting USE_NEWGCC is a no-op if the compiler required is in the
system. If it is to be provided by a port, it will cause the
variables "CC" and "CXX" to be set to the names of executables for
the C and C++ compiler, and adds a BUILD_DEPENDS on the
appropriate port.

A library that allows you to load GLADE interfaces at runtime (you don't
have to generate stubs with GLADE before hand). This way you can change
the look of your application without recompiling. This way you can write
the logic behind the interface separately from the code to build the
interface, so changing the interface is not so much of a problem.

eb-2.3, I changed the versions and recalculated the checksums.
Also, ndtpd/patches/patch-aa (by me) is for quieting ndtpd somewhat so
it won't leave dozens of lines to /var/log/messages every time someone
looks up a word, and eb/patches/patch-aa (by Kasahara-san, the
original author) is for changing the shared lib versions.
ndtpd/Makefile's LIB_DEPENDS was adjusted accordingly.

of "security/rsaref" since on the remote chance that rsaref switches
categories, I don't want the message to become wrong.

This was done in preparation for a repository copy to apache13-php4
to keep the diffs between apache13-php3 and apache13-php4 as small as
possible.

PREFIX was being set in the Makefile
PR: 13165
Reported by: Oleg V. Volkov <rover@fly.lglobus.ru>
Fix the above problem by patching config.h to use __PREFIX_/__LOCALBASE__
where necessary and then sed s:__PREFIX__:${PREFIX}: etc.
Remove the version number from PLIST, use a PLIST_SUB to make it easier
to upgrade the port.

A compiler for a simple language for programming the LEGO RCX or CyberMaster
controllers. The language itself is "Not Quite C" and includes preprocessor
and control structures very similar to the C language, but with restrictions
imposed by the limitations of the RCX hardware/firmware itself.
Besides compiling, nqc also provides functions for downloading the RCX
firmware as well as uploading programs to and downloading from the RCX.

Reserve RELENG_* tag operations for jkh and the cvs folks. I'm not 100%
sure that this is going to be useable, depending on whether 'cvs add'
