| | | | | | | | | | | This module is an experimental interface to the W3C CSS Validation online service <http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/>, based on its experimental SOAP 1.2 support. | | | | | | | | | | | | | WebService::Validator::HTML::W3C provides access to the W3Cs online HTML validator. It's nothing to do with the W3C so pleas don't report any problems with it to them. Also, please use it wisely and don't abuse the W3Cs validator service. If you need to do a lot of validation consider downloading and installing the Validator on your own machine. * Fix a couple of problems on 64 bit platforms by importing 2.5:csjp2005-10-122-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Summary: o Call va_start/va_end for each call to va_arg(). I have no idea why this works on i386 but it shouldn't. This un-busts termlog on 64 bit platforms. o When allocating snp descriptors, allocate the proper size. Currently we are allocating sizeof(struct utmp) when we really should be allocating sizeof(struct snp_d). I can only imagine how this happen, but I am going to guess it was a cut-and-paste-o. This helps un-busts termlog on 64 bit architectures. Fixes Submitted by: Eirik ?verby While we are here: o Open tty line with O_NONBLOCK o Close the line fd after we attach to it as we dont need it. This closes an fd leak. o Remove comment about fd leak Approved by: kris

* Update Pine and Pico to 4.64, the latest from UW. This version containsdougb2005-10-1212-170/+64
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | mostly bug fixes, with a few small new features. See the following for details: http://www.washington.edu/pine/changes/4.63-to-4.64.html I also updated the Pine port to stop building Pico, and instead depend on the Pico port. This solves a CONFLICTS situation, and is arguably the more logical way to handle this. Also, if you use an alternate editor for Pine, you no longer have to install Pico if you don't want it. Make the dependency on ispell conditional. [1] This is not exactly what the PR originator requested, but it will accomplish basically the same thing. Use these new things called variables to help ensure that the maildir patches can be found from version to version. * For over five years this port was depending on audio/nas withoutmi2005-10-122-3/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | actually using it, because the nas' libaudio was not linked right. Now that nas is built better, this port's configure find -laudio to be usable and builds/installs the `nasay' executable (in addition to the regular `say'). Put `bin/nasay' back into pkg-plist and changes the bogus build-dependency on audiolib.h to lib-dependency on audio. While here, remove the explicit requirement for a particular version of -lgdbm. Rsynth' last release was in 1994 -- whatever libgdbm happens to be on a FreeBSD system _today_ is going to be just fine. Bump PORTREVISION. Notified by: pointyhat (via kris)

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | portbuild.conf, builds will each be done in a separate swap-backed md. This dramatically improves build performance since * Every transaction is not written to disk, so disk bandwidth is not a bottleneck * Multiple builds do not contend with each other for the same set of filesystem locks and other per-device resources The size of the md devices is controlled by the md_size variable. '2g' seems to be a good size. Currently we mdconfig -u each device after each port build, since otherwise dirty blocks accumulate and the md eventually uses a full amount of backing store (2g in the above example). This is a problem if there is unsufficient swap backing to accomodate them all. XXX This should be made configurable to avoid the performance penalty on systems that do have enough swap backing
