Versions prior to 1.2.46 contain a serious packet flood bug,
as indicated in the changelog:
"Fix infinite packet flood from DCC clients including dccproc
observed by Benji Spencer, Clive Cleland, and Andrew Kent.
I introduced this serious bug with the WIN32 changes in 1.2.33."
This update resolves the issue. Updating is strongly recommended
for any users currently using this port and paying for their traffic
by the byte.

Here are review of diff between old nad new distfiles:
(1) libdata upgrades.
(2) pkg-config files added (vips.pc and vipsCC.pc).
(3) Some small bugs fixed.
(4) Two programs added to build.
(5) Some debug code was removed.
Your could check, that distfile was replaced by visiting

With the tools that come with Valgrind, you can automatically
detect many memory management and threading bugs, avoiding
hours of frustrating bug-hunting, making your programs more
stable. You can also perform detailed profiling, to speed up
and reduce memory use of your programs.
The Valgrind distribution includes five tools: two memory error
detectors, a thread error detector, a cache profiler and a heap
profiler. Several other tools have been built with Valgrind.
Valgrind was ported to FreeBSD by Doug Rabson (http://www.rabson.org/).

Here's how the fileschanged FAM client works: you give it some filenames
on the command line and then it monitors those files for changes. When it
discovers that a file has changed (or has been altered), it displays
the filename on the standard-output.

* devel/libgsf is the old port minus gsf-gnome bits
* devel/libgsf-gnome contains libgsf-gnome-1 library and it's header files
This greatly reduces number of dependencies for ports that was using only
non-gnome part of this library.
- Point USE_GNOME parameter libgsf to GNOME-less port and create new parameter
libgsf_gnome for libgsf-gnome port.
- Convert all consumers of libgsf-gnome-1 library to depend on libgsf-gnome
port (read all as: Gnumeric)

Unless _NO_KDE_CONFTARGET_HACK is set, users of bsd.kde.mk
will automatically have
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=--build=${MACHINE_ARCH}-portbld-freebsd${OSREL} set.
This is necessary for almost every package using a configure script
created with non-historic versions of autoconf and really should be
handled in bsd.port.mk.

This port has egg/egg/anthy.el, and japanese/anthy also have anthy.el

anthy.el without this fix.

I've noticed that on some 'unsymmetric' locales/charsets, the
lower/uppercase conversion in the tspc-scripts fails on FreeBSD

fix is easy, see attached patch.

This module is an interface to the C Clustering Library, a
general purpose library implementing functions for hierarchical
clustering (pairwise simple, complete, average, and centroid
linkage), along with k-means and k-medians clustering, and 2D
self-organizing maps. The library is distributed along with
Cluster 3.0, an enhanced version of the famous Cluster program
originally written by Michael Eisen while at Stanford
University. The C clustering library was written by Michiel de
Hoon.
