* Update the KDE Software Compilation to 4.10.5.rakuco2013-07-05219-675/+593
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Proudly brought to you by the KDE on FreeBSD team. We're sorry to ship two KDE updates in just a few days, but the work on 4.10.5 was very light compared to 4.10.4 so it was ready much faster. The release announcement can be found in [1]. [1] http://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-4.10.5.php The biggest news for us on FreeBSD is that the Ruby bindings should work with Ruby 1.9 now. I will probably add a note to UPDATING later about this, but as avilla@ pointed out, the clang support we mentioned that was improved in 4.10.4 requires a rebuild of the ports that depend on kdelibs4. Most of them are covered by this update, but those which are not part of the Software Compilation need to be rebuilt manually to make sure the previous issues (proper symbol visibility being the most annoying of them) are solved.

[1] http://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-4.10.4.php clang support should be more stable now, with clang being recognized by kdelibs4 and being passed the correct flags to build other ports. Additionally, all ports being committed have been verified to build with -CURRENT's clang 3.3 on an amd64 tinderbox (special thanks go to swills@ for providing it). * /usr/bin/patch has a bug in that it undercounts hunks containing NULobrien2013-07-032-34/+868
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | characters when reading from stdin. This results in "unexpected end of file in patch" errors. This caused patch 7.3.225 to not apply, which set off a huge cascade such that 400+ patches would not apply. Work around this by overriding do-patch to use 'patch -i <PATCH_FILE>'. /usr/bin/patch still has another nasty bug in that it silently misapplies hunks containing NUL character(s). But in Vim's case, the NUL's are in test files that the port does not use.

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Matreshka is an Ada framework to develop information systems. It consists of five major components: League, XML processor, Web framework, SQL access, and the Modeling framework. League: High level abstraction of localization and internationalization. Also provides calendrical calculations, regular expressions, and JSON. XML processor: Sax reader and writer, supports XML 1.0 and 1.1 as well as namespaces. It also has an XML catalogs resolver. Web framework: Supports FastCGI, SOAP 1.2 and has a WSDL to Ada translator. SQL access: Database abstraction of MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQLite and Firebird. Modeling framework: provides implementation of Meta Object Facility (MOF) written entirely in Ada. Extension modules assist in the analysis of UML modules and extensions (MOF, OCL, and UML testing profile) and diagram definition. * security/libsparkcrypto: Cryptographic library implemented in SPARKwg2013-07-027-0/+191
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | libsparkcrypto is a formally verified implementation of several widely used symmetric cryptographic algorithms using the SPARK programming language and toolset. For the complete library proofs of the absence of run-time errors like type range violations, division by zero and numerical overflows are available. Some of its subprograms include proofs of partial correctness. The distribution contains test cases for all implemented algorithms and a benchmark to compare its performance with the OpenSSL library. The achieved speed has been found to be very close to the optimized C and Assembler implementations of OpenSSL. * www/py-praw: Python Reddit API Wrapper [NEW PORT]koobs2013-06-305-0/+84
| | | | | | | | | | | PRAW, an acronym for "Python Reddit API Wrapper", is a python package that allows for simple access to reddit's API. PRAW aims to be as easy to use as possible and is designed to follow all of reddit's API rules. You have to give a useragent that follows the rules, everything else is handled by PRAW so you needn't worry about violating them. WWW: http://praw.readthedocs.org
