From its CHANGES file:
* Add ContentFile that will allow writing responses directly
to file or process using a call back through LWP::UserAgent
* Seperated CA file from SSL cert and SSL key directives
to allow for hostname verificaiton and ca file specification independently.
Thanks David Imbs.
* No longer depends on Crypt::SSLeay
As CHANGES notes, this version ceases to depend on Crypt::SSLeay.
Instead, it now depends on LWP::Protocol::https that is also a dependency of Crypt::SSLeay.
LWP::Protocol::https was unbundled from p5-libwww (libwww-perl) in v6.02.

Package openssl was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `openssl.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'openssl', required by 'virtual:world', not found
gyp: Call to 'pkg-config --cflags openssl' returned exit status 1 while in /wrkdirs/usr/ports/www/mod_pagespeed/work/mod_pagespeed-a5cfe15/third_party/serf/select_openssl.gyp.

Details:
- If print/texinfo is installed, the build process detects and uses it to
rebuild the info pages. This fails because of some syntax errors,
previously only flagged as warnings.
- There is currently no configure switch to change this behaviour, hence
the texi files are patched to pass the texinfo run.

- Improved event support in MSHTML.
- Interpolation modes in Direct3D.
- Improved metafile support in GdiPlus.
- Initial version of Kerberos5 Authentication Package.
- OLE clipboard cache improvements.
- Various bug fixes.
Remove files/patch-partial-reservation. This should not be needed any
longer since on FreeBSD the main wine program is now loaded at a lower
address, making more room available between Wine and 0x80000000, so it
may be ok now if the area above 0x80000000 stays reserved like on other
platforms. [1]
Mark the STAGING option (and hence the wine-staging port as well) as
BROKEN; that patchset still is not available yet, and we cannot wait
forever.

Currently, validation of JAVA_{VERSION,VENDOR,ERROR} does not constitute an
error and make(1) will happily continue, potentially doing the wrong thing.
Adjust the behavior as follows:
- Only validate each var if it's defined
- Remain verbose about what error exists and what's expected
- Fail the build if validation fails
bsd.java.mk exhibited this behavior up until r217132 inadvertently changed
it to be non-fatal.

- Value change of NetHandler::SENDLEN from 1024 to 8192
On FreeBSD based systems, the lower value lead to a poor network
performance for large mesages, since subsequent send calls seem
to slow down the network throughput. On OSX and Windows/MinGW64
based systems, this effect has not been observed but a sendlen
of 8192 seems to be no problem also for these systems

iPXE naturally doesn't require or link with any of the libraries
provided by GCC, so remove the GCC run dependency. In the absence of
a better solution to do this we use the hack used by other ports like
devel/linux-kernel, sysutils/memtest86+, sysutils/grub2-bhyve,
misc/seabios, ... [1]
