here is that `kdig_CPPFLAGS += $(DNSTAP_CFLAGS)' line is missing from the
`src/Makefile.am' file (and thus pre-generated `src/Makefile.in') which
should contain "$libfstrm_CFLAGS $libprotobuf_c_CFLAGS" set by configure
script.
As I'd rather avoid patching `src/Makefile.in' and don't want to request
regeneration thereof, provide DNSTAP_CPPFLAGS explicitly for the moment,
while ideally this bug should be fixed upstream. Add an accompanying XXX
comment about it.

After the last commit to this port [1], that updated DISTFILES, patch
errors were reported on pkg-fallout:
patch: **** can't cd to /wrkdirs/usr/ports/astro/gpstk/work/dev: No such file or directory
=> Patch patch-ext__lib__FileDirProc__FileHunter.cpp failed to apply cleanly.
*** Error code 1
This change replaces a WRKSRC override with a CMAKE_SOURCE_PATH
variable to declare the source directory and regenerates patchfiles
against the default WRKSRC.
While I'm here: switch to USES=cmake:outsource to match the build
instructions upstream [2]
It was also noted during testing that this port builds with the base
Clang c++ compiler and does not require USE_GCC. Upstream documentation
requires only 'a modern, ANSI compliant C++ compiler' [3]

When I added the first copy of the CloudABI toolchain to the Ports tree,
I assumed that it would be easily possible to have a single Binutils
port that would support all of the architectures of interest. It seems
that this is not really supported, or simply awkward to use.
Let's just rename the cloudabi-binutils port to cloudabi-binutils-x86_64
and add an additional cloudabi-binutils-aarch64.

trivial to add such missing pieces. In particular, the MacroAssembler

Endless Sky is a sandbox-style space exploration game similar to
Elite, Escape Velocity, or Star Control. You start out as the captain
of a tiny space ship and can choose what to do from there. The game
includes a major plot line and many minor missions, but you can
choose whether you want to play through the plot or strike out on
your own as a merchant or bounty hunter or explorer.

Add missing jbig2dec and openjpeg to LIB_DEPENDS, registering them
as run-time dependencies.
Without this change, both packages are removed during pkg autoremove,
resulting in the inability to open PDF files.

Sublime 3 contains a wrapper script at /usr/local/bin/sublime to ensure that
/dev/shm is set up correctly, and it's currently passing arguments to the
real binary incorrectly.
It currently causes sublime to incorrectly open any file where the path
contains a space.
- Modify sublime.in to open filepaths with spaces correctly
- Bump PORTREVISION
While I'm here:
- Sort USES
- Group USE{S} lines
- Pet portlint (make patch `makepatch` compliant)

Add an insufficient set of patch toward building when the default python

removed in C code.
