Using soname allows pkg(8) to register the library, and it helps on
upgrades.
Use WRKSRC_SUBDIR
Use MAKE_ARGS instead of MAKE_ENV so the patch can be simplified.

Many PHP extensions were adding a build dependency on session, so that
it was loaded first. This is now no longer needed, we have a nice
framework handle the extensions ordering.

This update is a small revision that fixes the web frontends seafile
version. Previously the version would mistakingly show the seahub
version, and it is intended to show the seafile port version.

This is an update for seafile to the latest version, 6.0.0. This
major version update has only minor fixes.
Recently they're was a debate regarding Seafile Ltd. being forked
by GmbH. After reading several articles and exchanging emails, I
have determined that the best path for FreeBSD to take would be
that of Ltd. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone.
- Updated to 6.0.0
o add replace parameter to move_file api
o [setup-script] check user host when check user exist for mysql
o add progress for download dir/multi
o add remove_group_repos api

a major version update, and it needs to line up with the rest of

+ ipv6 support
+ improved database performance
+ improved snapshot create/deploy performance
+ Enable "tcp_nodelay" option for server query (less latency)
+ bindinglist command now has a new parameter "subsystem"
- file transfer now only accepts connections from ip addresses that
have started an upload / download. There is a reserve of 20 slots
that are allowed to connect even though that particular
ip address did not start an upload/download. This is to support
exotic client routing configurations like tcp load balancers.
- fixed incorrect filetransfer port reported in instanceinfo
- binding voice to the any address (0.0.0.0 / 0::0), which is the
default behaviour of the server, now supports clients connecting
to all addresses instead of just the default ip of the network interface.
- fixed assertion in puzzle feature (Thanks to Schlumpi for helping
us find this)
- fixed virtual server log and bindinglist for voice showing multiple
senseless bindings
* file transfer now only allows an idle time of 2 seconds after connect
* new file transfer implementation
* updated sqlite to 3.11.1
* sqlite db now uses WAL as journal mode
! the new file transfer routines on unix systems now depend on async
io (aio*) routines. For freebsd this probably means you need to
load the aio kernel module using 'kldload aio'
! for server query users: ftinitupload/download replies may now
omit the ip parameter. If it is omitted, it means the transfer
should be started on the same ip that was currently used by the
server query ip.
! for ftinitupload/download there is now an optional "proto"
parameter. See the server query manual for more info.

This version removes the native system call wrappers (the functions that
use "syscall" to invoke a system call). The reason for this is that this
will no longer be covered by the specification. Instead, userspace
processes must use the vDSO to invoke system calls.

The dogpile.core package has been rolled into dogpile.cache
directly. dogpile.core as a separate package is effectively EOL.

The Linker_Options pragma was removed upstream and the linker options
moved to the common GPR file. Extend the sed command to add the
-L/usr/local/lib LDFLAG for examples rather than have to patch several
individual files. Needed by DF where /usr/local/lib is not a default
library path for the base compiler.

r419532 [1] caused ports that depend on sqlalchemy07 and
sqlalchemy-migrate (at least buildbot) to fail because
py-sqlalchemy-migrate pulls in py-sqlalchemy10 which conflicts with
py-sqlalchemy07.
Update the sqlalchemy dependency from 0.7.x to 1.0.x after QA
testing for regressions @ runtime using the buildbot test suite.

CFLAGS contains -Wl,-rpath,${LOCALBASE}/lib, which causes the following
warnings:
warning: -Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib: 'linker' input unused
It also causes many tests to fail due to the same warning:
E VerificationError: CompileError: command 'cc' failed with exit status 1
cffi/ffiplatform.py:62: VerificationError
----------- Captured stderr call ----------
error: -Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib: 'linker' input unused
Remove these (CFLAGS, LDFLAGS) unnecessary flags as cffi grabs compiler
details from Python and links correctly to libffi/libpython without
them.
* Fix cffi0/test_ownlib to use ${CC} not a hardcoded gcc, unecessarily
causing test failures. Conditionally add -Wno-shift-negative-value
to CFLAGS to squash several more failures on FreeBSD 11+ [1]
While I'm here:
* Strip shared library
* Report skipped tests during test runs
Note: leftover test_array_type test failure is known [2]

Fix the PORTS_PCAP option LIB_DEPENDS entry ambiguously depending on

3D Scientific Data Visualization and Plotting
The Mayavi project includes two related packages for 3-dimensional
visualization:
Mayavi: A tool for easy and interactive visualization of data, with
seamless integration with Python scientific libraries.
TVTK: A Traits-based wrapper for the Visualization Toolkit, a popular
open-source visualization library.
These libraries operate at different levels of abstraction. TVTK
manipulates visualization objects, while Mayavi lets you operate
on your data, and then see the results. Most users either use the
Mayavi user interface or program to its scripting interface; you
probably don't need to interact with TVTK unless you want to create
a new Mayavi module.
