Django 1.11 has reached its End-of-Life so mark it as DEPRECATED. Don't set
an EXPIRATION_DATE yet as various consumers need to be switched to
Django 2.2 beforehand, which will happen in the next weeks/months.
When everything is complete there should be no py-dj22-* ports left and the
Ports tree has a few Python 2.7 packages less because Django 2.2 only
supports Python 3.5 or later.
Adjust the description of Django 1.11 of the www/py-django meta-port
accordingly. Also fix a small typo in the Django 2.2 description while I'm
here.

Self Encrypting Drive utility.
This allows encrypting and decrypting drives that use encryption based on
the various TCG (Trusted Computing Group) specifications.
From the web site:
The Drive Trust Alliance software (sedutil) is an Open Source (GPLv3)
effort to make Self Encrypting Drive technology freely available to
everyone. It is a combination of the two known available Open Source code
bases today: msed and OpalTool.
The DTA Open Source can be employed freely not only for higher security
applications but also for integration in embedded applications such as
Automotive, Aerospace, Home Automation, and everywhere where the Data
Leakage problem has already become obvious and where it will be obvious.
The storage device suppliers are already gearing to give you
self-encrypting storage. All you have to do is work with them.

Starting from go1.14, go verifies that vendor/modules.txt matches the
requirements and replacements listed in the main module go.mod file, and it is
a hard failure if vendor/modules.txt is missing.
Relax module consistency checks and switch back to pre go1.14 behaviour if
vendor/modules.txt is missing and GO_NO_VENDOR_CHECKS=1 is set in the
environment regardless of go version requirement in go.mod.

tracking, documentation, source code, and contact information about VOLK.
VOLK is the Vector-Optimized Library of Kernels. It is a library that
contains kernels of hand-written SIMD code for different mathematical
operations. Since each SIMD architecture can be very different and no
compiler has yet come along to handle vectorization properly or highly
efficiently, VOLK approaches the problem differently.
For each architecture or platform that a developer wishes to vectorize for,
a new proto-kernel is added to VOLK. At runtime, VOLK will select the correct
proto-kernel. In this way, the users of VOLK call a kernel for performing
the operation that is platform/architecture agnostic. This allows us to
write portable SIMD code.
Bleeding edge code can be found in our git repository at
https://www.gnuradio.org/git/volk.git/.

- Protocol 2: warn and skip on verify/restore of unsupported file types.
- Resurrect, improve and use sysutils/burp/files/burp.in instead of the rc
script from distfile, both for sysutils/burp (master port) and for
sysutils/burp-devel (slave port): this is necessary because, while
sysutils/burp's distfile still distributes the script, sysutils/burp-devel's
distfile does not anymore starting with version 2.3.24. I also made a few
modifications to the file so that it behaves well with non standard PREFIX
values.

latest versions
- math/saga:
- Update to 7.6.2
- Use wxWidgets 3.0+ instead of 3.1+ since 3.1 is not a mandatory version and this reduces the number of packages installed when you install saga and qgis/grass (which requires version 3.0).
- databases/grass7:
- Update to 7.8.2 first version for python3 only
- Use ${PY_NUMPY} variable
- Readd openmp
- Use wxPython40 for python3
- Remove bash dependency. You can use any shell.
- Rework the workaround in post-install (for / touch files). Fix the long (random) standing issue with pkg-plist
- Alphabetize USES and OPTIONS
- Replace XX_configure_on by XX_configure_with as possible
- graphics/qgis:
- Update to 3.12.1
- Remove patches (applied upstream or fixed in ports: pyqt5 / sip)
- graphics/qgis-ltr:
- Update to 3.10.4
