This version fixes an issue in dc: the P command did not pop the value
being printed from the stack.
The major version bump is due to the addition of Windows compatibility
and does not correspond to a change of functionality on POSIX systems.

r569286 fixed manual port stage however it broke poudriere builds.
This resulted in either a nested directory tree of
$STAGEDIR/$PREFIX/bitkeeper/$PREFIX/bitkeeper under poudriere or simply
$STAGEDIR when building by hand, making any conventional fix mutulally
exclusive. To resolve we rename DESTDIR within the port to some arbitrary
name, PDESTDIR, and set the port's BINDIR to /bitkeeper, from
/usr/local/bitkeeper, to avoid the other source of nesting.

- Bump PORTREVISION for dependency change
chef-utils is an indirect dependency via mixlib-shellout [1].
I've fixed the problem in r567245.
In order to keep the dependency correct [2], I reverted r566084
which added rubygem-chef-utils to the wrong place.

back in Squid 2.x times, last used in r413688, and PATCHFILES finally
dropped (not just commented) in r456224 and it's highly unlikely that
it would be ever needed again. Due to this, it no longer makes sense
to store the distfile alone, not being accompanied by any patches, in
its own DIST_SUBDIR. While here, s/spaces/tab/ in PKGNAMESUFFIX line.

DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=openssl to /etc/make.conf as a workaround.
Squid 3.5 requires pre-1.1 versions of OpenSSL, and that can be only
satisfied by the base system on 11.x versions of FreeBSD; doing the
DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=openssl would not work. Unfortunately, making
proper conversion from CRYPTO_LOCK_SSL_* to new multi-threading API
does not look feasible. Fortunately, LibreSSL could be used as a
drop-in replacement.
That said, change the advice to use DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=ssl=libressl
instead, and add a couple of minor patches to unbreak the build.

CMake-based ports have a "standard" way of controlling whether
testing should be built, by passing -DBUILD_TESTING=ON at the
configure stage (with some footnotes). Add a :testing modifier
for USES=cmake that enables a boilerplate do-test target that
rebuilds with testing enabled, and then runs the tests.
Individual ports need to buy in to this explicitly (because
tests might not be non-destructive).

and writing exotic non-PC floppy disk formats. It allows you to use a
conventional PC drive to accept Amiga disks, CLV Macintosh disks, bizarre
128-sector CP/M disks, and other weird and bizarre formats.
The hardware consists of a single, commodity part with a floppy drive
connector soldered onto it. No ordering custom boards, no fiddly surface
mount assembly, and no fuss: nineteen simple solder joints and you're done.

Upstream has changed their release number, but I don't think that will affect
us at all. It appears to follow year.month
I have sent some newly added patches upstream
(https://github.com/librenms/librenms/pull/12647) and they will be removed
from here on the next release.
This update jumps over 21.20, 21.1.0, & 17.0.1 for no reason.

fetchmail-6.4.18 (released 2021-03-27, 30011 LoC):
# REGRESSION FIX:
* fetchmailconf: fetchmail 6.4.16 added --sslcertfile to the configuration dump,
but fetchmailconf support was incomplete in Git 7349f124 and it could not
parse sslcertfile, thus the user settings editor came up empty with console
errors printed. Fix configuration parser in fetchmailconf.
# ROBUSTNESS FIXES:
* fetchmailconf: do not require fetchmail for -V. do not require Tk (Tkinter)
for -d option. This is to fail more gracefully on incomplete installs.
* TLS code: remove OPENSSL_NO_DEPRECATED macros to avoid portability issues
with OpenSSL v3 - these are for development purposes, not production.
* TLS futureproofing: use SSL_use_PrivateKey_file instead of
SSL_use_RSAPrivateKey_file, the latter will be deprecated with OpenSSL v3,
and the user's key file might be something else than RSA.
