It *appears* that this code and sys/dev/re/if_re.c have common ancestry
but this is not obvious to a casual observer. ISTM there would be a
very significant merge/re-engineering effort to produce a superset.

Set --enable-pam-config=freebsd explicitly. If this is not given, PAM
configuration will be autodetected however it might be misdetected on some
environments. Quit relying on autodetection.
Force rebuild because built packages might include misconfigured pam files

Currently, when running mfh with a flag like --help the user gets
a confusing error message from expr(1) like the following:
> expr: illegal option -- -
> expr: usage: expr [-e] expression
>
> revision "--help" should be a number
This is not helpful. Instead, make sure that any arguments specified by the
user are handled properly by expr(1). This results in a much cleaner error
message:
> revision "--help" should be a number

Add an upstream patch that fixes regressions after the last round of
security updates, and the update to 1.6.10.
This regression causes issues with emacs, at least.

Upstream overrides CMake default via option() nowadays, so drop
redundant -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS:BOOL=ON. pkg-plist already guards
shared library from accidentally disappearing.

This version improves the compatibility with the bc and dc in base under
two aspects:
1) Remove printing of the version and copyright message for interactive
invocations of bc an dc.
2) Make dc exit after execution of commands passed via -e or -f. To get
the behavior of version 3.1.3 back, "-f -" can be appended to the
command line to read from STDIN until EOF.
