Software changes: multi-packet probes, kernel-level timestamps,
support for TCP probes.
Port changes: Removed unneeded --with-ipv6 (it's been automatic for
some time), add --with-pcap to turn on libpcap support.
Patch formerly required for alpha build has been rolled into the
source (in a slightly different form).

of South African committers (sorry Johann, this is really the reason,
not all those ports you're maintaining).
He'll be maintaining his weird variety of ports, and hopefully other
stuff that takes his fancy (<subliminal>Docs! Docs!</subliminal>).
I'll pretend to act as his mentor; strange since he was one of the
people who introduced me to FreeBSD.
So, hello to Johann, your decoder ring is in the mail, and I'll show you
the secret handshake at dinner sometime.

portupgrade:
- Sort packages by default and remove -s/--sort.
- Rename -y/--yield/-Y/--yield-command to -s/--sudo/-S/--sudo-command.
- Implement -a/--all.
- Implement -x/--exclude=GLOB.
- Exit on OptionParser::ParseError immediately.
- Do not call "make fetch-recursive" but just "make fetch", now that
portupgrade does recursion itself.
- In fetch mode, specify -DPACKAGE_BUILDING for ports that define
IS_INTERACTIVE. [Submitted by: Jimmy Olgeni <olgeni@uli.it>]]
