This update consists mainly of removing strdup/sprintf/strcpy
and license change.
Commiter, please grab the tarball here:
http://j.xpert.com/FreeBSD/bsdtris-01092003.tar.gz
Please put it up somewhere stable. Don't fix the MASTERSITE
to point to this address. The last commiter to handle this
was edwin, and it's his address that's listed in the Makefile.
Tarball name changed from tetris- to bsdtris, and changes
to the tarball making script included.
There were reports about failure to run in several environments.
I could not reproduce those, but I intend to see if they
are magically fixed by this update.

The latest stable release of DansGuardian is 2.6.1-3. This
release fixes a few security glitches in earlier releases,
and adds several new features to improve filtering, throughput,
and resource usage. A recommended update for all DG users.

[DESCRIBE CHANGES]
This band-aid fix inhibits IPFW detection at configure time.
At least it will allow -CURRENT users to build ports depending
on this one (net/honeyd, net/arpd, net/ttlscan,
security/fragroute).
Note that this doesn't solve the FreeBSD 4.x + IPFW2 case.
Added directory / file: files/configure.patch
Port maintainer (dominic.marks@btinternet.com) is cc'd.

For some unknown reason, the fetch broke on libh. I think
it might be because some CVS access broke and also because
the port still depends on CVS, which is idiotic since
tarballs have been available for a while now.

I don't use xscreensaver, so I haven't tested it, but the patch compiles
just fine and doesn't break the normal operation.
- Remove comment about GNOME support in the port Makefile, we don't need

The Isotemplate API is somewhat tricky for a beginner
although it is the best one you can build. template::parse()
[phplib template = Isotemplate] requests you to name a
source and a target where the current block gets parsed
into. Source and target can be block names or even handler
names.

1) This is a common tarball with french/aster: the tarball has
been rerolled to fix a bug in ASTK for Linux, but they did not
upgrade the version. Our ASTK is not impacted by this change.
The full story, in french, is here:
<http://www.code-aster.org/forum/read.php?f=11&;i=326&t=326>.
2) Since I was testing this upgrade, I have found a bug from the
previous commit: the patch patch-lib::ASTK::astkrc::outils does
not belong to files, but to files.client => bumping PORTREVISION.

I wonder whether anybody is still using this at all, the respective

years ago. Any other European countries perhaps? I consider deleting
the port some day. By now, it was easy enough to fix though. Speak

This fix is different from the one mentioned in the PR, but confirmed
to work correctly at least on smaller files/devices (i don't have a 2

- Fixes build on 5.x with XMMS support enabled;
- Fixes path where to look for XMMS binary;
- Allows fuhquake to be run from any directory per kris' suggestion;
- Adds WITH_SHAREWARE_DATA knob. Coupled with previous, this
makes fuhquake playable right after install, yet allows it to be
distributed on CDROM (since shareware data cannot be included,
one must explicitly define this knob);
- Properly utilizes EXTRACT_ONLY in Makefile and DOCSDIR in pkg-plist;
- Removes EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS from Makefile since it's no longer needed;
- Tells user about WITHOUT_XMMS knob, when XMMS bits are found;
- Fixes palette problems on 24-bit depth with x11-renderer;
- Fixes DGA mouse behavior on higher mouse rates when GLX-rendered.

distribution of the files within time as well as size, number, and
age constraints. Its main purpose is to keep a set of daily-created
backup files in manageable size, while still providing reasonable
access to older versions. Specifying a size, file number, or age
constraint will simply remove files starting from the oldest, until
the constraint is met. The distribution specification (exponential,
Gaussian (normal), or Fibonacci) provides finer control of the files
to delete, allowing the retention of recent copies and the increasingly
aggressive pruning of the older files. The retention schedule
specifies the age intervals for which files will be retained.

input generation command and/or a local output processing command.
The connection is made by redirecting the input/output file descriptors
to the socket. This saves the context switching and data copying
overhead associated with piping data through ssh(1) or rsh(1).
Socketpipe must be installed on both machines and user authentication
is still performed by a command like ssh(1) or rsh(1). The
confidentiality and integrity of the data in transit is not protected
against mallicious attacks; the command is designed for use in a
trusted LAN environment.

Shout is streaming client for icecast and shoutcast streaming
servers. It works well with SHOUTcast Server Version
1.9.2/FreeBSD4 (with -i key (Use old icy headers)),But if
you try to enable title streaming (-t key) (without it
clients don't see what song is playing). There are two
problems why it doesn't work:
1. By default shoutcast expects source stremer connection
on 8001 port, and listeners on 8000 port. (steamer port is
listener_port+1). Shout streams mp3 music on port 8001 (from
config file or command line), but title streaming is done
on listener port through web admin interface.
(http://server:port//admin.cgi?pass=password&;mode=updinfo&song=Song
Title) Without patch shout tries to update info on streamer,
and not listener port and this doesn't work. I attached
patch which reduces port number by one, which is right
(listener) port number.
2. With this fix shout connects to right port, but still
doesn't update song title. From shoutcast documentation
I've found that now shoutcast accepts update post (see
above) only with useragent Mozilla ant shout gives useragent
Shout/0.8.0.

waiting for the network end to shut down). Can be useful when talking

I've also submitted that to the OpenBSD maintainer, so in case they
accept, we can later on undo my local patch.

This release is mainly a bug-fix and clean-up release but
a few new features have also been added: The Pll language
now supports plain background images (not stretched or
tiled) as well as images with a fixed position. Customization
support has been added to some pll commands. As to the
portability of pointless, the Mac OS port appears to work
smoothly by now. Moreover, the SDL variant of pointless
has been updated to reflect most of the features in the X11
variant. Finally, the manual has been updated to reflect
all new features.

Email::Simple is the first deliverable of the "Perl Email

bugginess of the Mail::* modules. In contrast, Email::* modules
are meant to be simple to use and to maintain, pared to the

correct.
