Bump PORTREVISION, even on the ports that do not have a versioned

See http://library.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/2.24/ for the general
release notes. On the FreeBSD front, this release introduces Fuse support
in HAL, adds multi-CPU support to libgtop, WebKit updates, and fixes some
long-standing seahorse and gnome-keyring bugs. The documentation updates
to the website are forthcoming.
This release features commits by adamw, ahze, kwm, mezz, and myself. It would
not have been possible without are contributors and testers:

companies. It includes back-end batch processing as well as a
(skeleton) GTK GUI and provides automated purchases, sales, and
nominal ledgers as well as automated invoicing (via email). It also
supports VAT and payroll.
The latest version has considerable updates over the earlier releases
and isn't particularly backwards-compatible. The installation and
compilation is streamlined and the multi-database schema has been
reduced to a single database per company. The gnome GUI is still
lacking, but the command-line interface now has support for automated
bank reconciliation (from online banking QIF files), payroll,
automated billing and reminders, invoice PDF generation, statement
PDF generation, and a general journal.

Specifically, newer autoconf (> 2.13) has different semantic of the
configure target. In short, one should use --build=CONFIGURE_TARGET
instead of CONFIGURE_TARGET directly. Otherwise, you will get a warning
and the old semantic may be removed in later autoconf releases.
To workaround this issue, many ports hack the CONFIGURE_TARGET variable
so that it contains the ``--build='' prefix.
To solve this issue, under the fact that some ports still have
configure script generated by the old autoconf, we use runtime detection
in the do-configure target so that the proper argument can be used.
Changes to Mk/*:
- Add runtime detection magic in bsd.port.mk
- Remove CONFIGURE_TARGET hack in various bsd.*.mk
- USE_GNOME=gnometarget is now an no-op
Changes to individual ports, other than removing the CONFIGURE_TARGET hack:
= pkg-plist changed (due to the ugly CONFIGURE_TARGET prefix in * executables)
- comms/gnuradio
- science/abinit
- science/elmer-fem
- science/elmer-matc
- science/elmer-meshgen2d
- science/elmerfront
- science/elmerpost
= use x86_64 as ARCH
- devel/g-wrap
= other changes
- print/magicfilter
GNU_CONFIGURE -> HAS_CONFIGURE since it's not generated by autoconf
Total # of ports modified: 1,027
Total # of ports affected: ~7,000 (set GNU_CONFIGURE to yes)

of the 2.x line, and the author has chosen to no longer host version 3.x
on sourceforge.net.
Since our only consumer of this port is gnucash, and gnucash requires
the Qt component of aqbanking (qbanking), I chose to make the qbanking
interface a non-optional decision. In case there might be further
consumers in future, this could perhaps also be made optional.

This module is intended to be a drop-in replacement for PFProAPI (a couple of
minor changes to your code are necessary to use this module instead of
PFProAPI). The major difference is that it is pure Perl, and not architecture
dependent (ie, you can use this on your 64-bit FreeBSD platform.)

GNOME 2.20 release notes can be found at
http://www.gnome.org/start/2.20/notes/en/ . Beyond that, this update
includes the new GIMP 2.4 (courtesy of ahze).
The GNOME 2.20 update also includes a huge change in the FreeBSD GNOME
hierarchy. We are now using the more standard DATADIR of ${PREFIX}/share
rather than ${PREFIX}/share/gnome. The result is that fewer patches and
hacks are needed to port GNOME components to FreeBSD. This will mean some
user changes may be required, so be sure to read /usr/ports/UPDATING for
more details.
This release and the things we accomplished in it would not have been
possible without mezz's crazy idea to collapse DATADIR, and his persistence
to make it happen successfully. Ahze and pav also deserve thanks for
their work on porting modules and testing the whole ball of wax on
pointyhat (respectively).
The FreeBSD GNOME team would also like to thank our various testers and
contributors:
Yasuda Keisuke
Frank Jahnke
Pawel Worach
Brian Gruber
Franz Klammer
Yuri Pankov
Nick Barkas
Cristian KLEIN
Tony Maher
Scot Hetzel
Martin Matuska (mm)
Benoit Dejean

ease of use for the small household economy. Eqonomize! provides a complete
solution, with bookkeeping by double entry and support for scheduled recurring

supports them. This is determined by running ``configure --help'' in
do-configure target and set the shell variable _LATE_CONFIGURE_ARGS
which is then passed to CONFIGURE_ARGS.
- Remove --mandir and --infodir in ports' Makefile where applicable
Few ports use REINPLACE_CMD to achieve the same effect, remove them too.
- Correct some manual pages location from PREFIX/man to MANPREFIX/man
- Define INFO_PATH where necessary
- Document that .info files are installed in a subdirectory relative to
PREFIX/INFO_PATH and slightly change add-plist-info to use INFO_PATH and
subdirectory detection.

releases in that it focuses more on stability and functionality than on
new features. Not that it doesn't have its share of new and exciting
items. See http://www.gnome.org/start/2.18/ for all the goodies in

Yoshihiro Ota, Vladimir Grebenschikov, Jukka A. Ukkonen,
