glu is needed by the viewer plugins, which are always assumed to be
built. Since Qt 4.8.0 [1], qt4-opengl (which was being depended on
implicitly) has stopped depending on it, so ports need to be adjusted.
PORTREVISION bumped due to the dependency list changes.

Since 4.8.0 [1], Qt itself does not automatically include GLU's
headers and libraries with its OpenGL module, so applications which
relied on Qt to get these need to be adjusted.
This has also involved polishing the port Makefile a little. It
still needs a lot of love. For now:
- Remove the modeline from the beginning of the file. Add an
- explicit dependency on GLU via USE_GL=glu. Move the CXXFLAGS and
- LDFLAGS lines up in the file. Merge the two lines setting LDFLAGS.
- Fix the port's build system to use CXXFLAGS instead of CPPFLAGS for
- C++ compiler flags, so that we need not set FLAGS in MAKE_ARGS
anymore.

- Build with GCC 4.6+ by default, as it provides better OpenMP support, but
allow to use system compiler for a time being
- Explicitly link darktable executable to libstdc++, to workaround problem
with CMake, which strips any RPATH from libdarktable.so, which in turn
results in wrong libstdc++ being picked when using GCC from ports

The only drawback of this change is that now for building of every slave
port (php extension) we extracting full php52 source tree.
Apologies that it took that long.

The Xorg Team is pleased to announce the next round of Xorg updates.
The team created a new flag called WITH_NEW_XORG that users can include
in /etc/make.conf. This was created for the intel KMS work being done
althouthough It probably works for other chips. Unfortunately, the intel
KMS driver will only work on FreeBSD 9(RELENG|STABLE) or 10/HEAD users.
Older version of FreeBSD will not be supported. Intel users will need
to patch their source manually with Konstantin?s KMS kernel patch to get
the newer chips to work. Please carefully read UPDATING entry.
Changes:
- libdrm 2.4.31 (including KMS support)
- mesa 7.11.2
- xorg-server 1.10.6
- a lot of new Graphic Drivers.
I would like to thank:
Koop Mast
Eitan Adler
Niclas Zeising
and all helpers and testers from x11@.

the EoL of the last 7.x release. The 7.x branch is the only supported
FreeBSD version not yet at his EoL which needs a linux 2.4 based linuxulator
environment (linux_base-f10 doesn't work there).
I didn't bump the portrevision, this is mostly done as a hint for ports
committers to tell them that at least the emulation@-owned ports need
to stay until then (even the forbidden ones). The dependent ports need to
go at the same time, but are free to be deleted before.

I sent a mail to the current maintainer almost a month ago about taking these
ports over but got no response (archives in the kde-freebsd mailing list).
Someone else mentioned contacting the maintainer before and he expressed
surprise that these ports were still assigned to him.
This, together with the lack of to the ports, makes it reasonable to assign
them with the rest of the KDE ports to the KDE on FreeBSD team.

other scripts, including those in the base.
Specifically, it's impossible to have both:

BEFORE: NETWORKING
Since this services runs as an unprivileged user, LOGIN wins.
While I'm here, apply various other cleanups, including adding
KEYWORD: shutdown, putting the elements in more typical order,
fixing some syntax issues, etc.

install-time;
* use parallel builds
* run the author's self-tests after building to catch any mis-
-compilations or overly agressive optimizations.
