spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type
fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"
appear.

Now try to use those variables everywhere around DIST* and PATCH*
definitions as far as possible, for ease of the future updates and the
neatness.
Okay, 60% of `japanese' ports have been done. :)

The checksum is updated as well even though content of the
ditfile is the same. (Probably different time stamps.)

- Split a big patch-aa into five pieces.
- Don't patch up the dist Makefile to install and compress the man
page.
- Define MAN1 and remove man page entry from the PLIST.
- Make myself the maintainer (was ports@FreeBSD.ORG).
- Install the docs into share/doc/okphone instead of share/okphone.
- Honor ${NOPORTDOCS}.
There might be some other changes I can't remember of.
