- Update Haskell Platform to version 2013.2.0.0
Please note that port revisions for all the Haskell ports without version
changes are bumped.
Some highlights of the update:
- Fix PDF generation for pandoc [1]
- From now on, PREFIX/{lib,share,share/doc}/cabal/ghc-GHC_VERSION are used for
hs- ports (Cabal packages) as prefixes to avoid problems when upgrading with
portmaster(8) [2]
- Experimental support for LLVM-based code generation (disabled by default)
- Many simplifications, refactoring in bsd.cabal.mk

- Now whole release is distributed as one file
- Move common stuff to Makefile.claws
- Cleanup many accumulated, old and not needed things
- Move bogofilter, pgp and spamassassin plugins to separate ports
- Dillo plugin was dropped so drop option for it
plugins:
- All plugins ports are now slaves to main port
- Remove all distinfo and pkg-plist files - this is
now handled by main port
- Deprecate cachesaver and gtkhtml2_viewer plugins - they are not

- Convert to new options framework
sieve-connect was not actually verifying TLS certificate identities matched
the expected hostname. Changes with new version:
Fix TLS verification; find server by own hostname & SRV.
* TLS hostname verification was not actually happening.
* IO::Socket::SSL requirement bumped to 1.14 (was 0.97).
* By default, if no server specified, before falling back to localhost try to
use the current hostname and SRV records in DNS to figure out if Sieve is
available. Checks for sieve, imaps & imap protocol SRV records and honours
target==. to mean "no".
* This works better with the Mozilla::PublicSuffix module installed.
* Added ability to blacklist authentication mechanisms

Net::SMTP::TLS::ButMaintained is forked from Net::SMTP::TLS.
Net::SMTP::TLS::ButMaintained is a TLS and AUTH capable SMTP client which
offers an interface that users will find familiar from Net::SMTP.
Net::SMTP::TLS::ButMaintained implements a subset of the methods provided
by that module, but certainly not (yet) a complete mirror image of that API.

qmail-send.c:getcontrols() refuses to startup or to process
the virtualdomains file if locals is missing. However,
vpopmail's vadddomain is already creating the locals file
when adding new domains. So creating it when installing is
not needed.
At the time that this change was added to the port, in
vpopmail-5.4.13, vadddomain did not automatically create
the locals file. The current version does in
vpopmail.c:remove_line()
This reverts the change done in r167787 for ports/99914
