It is not clear if this is intentional or not, but with CMake 3.4.0
environment variables such as CXXFLAGS are passed to the compiler after the
directories added via the include_directories() command. In practice, this
means that we then end up with the following command-line:
${CXX} ... -I/usr/local/include ...
-I/usr/local/include/ffmpeg0/libavcodec
-I/usr/local/include/ffmpeg0 ...
which fails because of the following chain of events:
* The port brings in multimedia/ffmpeg indirectly.
* The source code includes headers as <avformat.h> like that, which turn
into /usr/local/include/ffmpeg0/libavformat/avformat.h to the compiler.
* Headers like avformat.h itself include other headers with
"libavcodec/avcodec.h", which, given the compiler command-line above,
becomes /usr/local/include/libavcodec/avcodec.h, coming from
multimedia/ffmpeg, not multimedia/ffmpeg0.
Fix it by making the port behave as it should have from the beginning:
* Stop setting C{PP,XX}FLAGS in the Makefile, as it does not help.
* Include the ffmpeg-related headers before the others, so that
/usr/local/include comes after them.
* Adjust patch-cmake so that it works correctly with the setup in ports:
instead of setting the <LIB>_LAVC variables which assume there is a
separate libavcodec installed, make the code fall back to the
<LIB>_FF_LAVC ones, which are set when there's a libavcodec inside an
ffmpeg tree (our case with ffmpeg0). This also takes care of setting
FFMPEG_INCLUDE_DIR with /usr/local/include/ffmpeg0 and passing it in the
right place in the command-line.
Tested with both CMake 3.3.1 and 3.4.0.

WANT_SDL/HAVE_SDL macros allowed a port to check which SDL components
are installed. This goes against the policy of avoiding automatic
dependencies, and there are actually no cases in the portstree where
these knobs are used properly, so axe them out.

USE_BINUTILS isn't magically enabled for non-autotools ports.
One of the following had to be provided
CFLAGS+= -B${LOCALBASE}/bin
MAKE_ENV+= COMPILER_PATH=${LOCALBASE}/bin
However, binutils 2.17 in base is enough for NEON with armv6 while
aarch64 requires recent binutils for everything, not just this port.

- Support multiple values in *_OLD_CMD, i.e. we can now fix both "/usr/bin/python" and "/usr/bin/env python" at the same time
- Default *_OLD_CMD values are now always appended, so you don't need to specify them in individual ports
- Add lua support (depends on USES=lua)
- Add more default values, such as "/usr/bin/env foo" for python, perl, bash, ruby and lua
- Shebangfix now matches whole words, e.g. we will no longer (erroneously) replace "/usr/bin/perl5.005" with "${perl_CMD}5.005" (but "/usr/bin/perl -tt" is still (correctly) replaced with "${perl_CMD} -tt")
Note that *_OLD_CMD items containing spaces must now be quoted (e.g. perl_OLD_CMD=/bin/perl /usr/bin/perl "/usr/bin/env perl")
Update shebangfix usage according to new rules in many ports:
- Remove *_OLD_CMD for patterns now replaced by default
- Quote custom *_OLD_CMD which contain spaces
Fix shebangfix usage in many ports (irrelevant to infrastructure change):
- Remove redundant SHEBANG_LANG (no need to duplicate default langs)
- Remove redundant *_CMD (such as python_CMD=${LOCALBASE}/bin/python${PYTHON_VER} when USES=python is present)
- Never use *_OLD_CMD in REINPLACE_CMD matchers, these should always look for exact string

These were FreeBSD specific aliases for libiconv(), libiconv_open() and
libiconv_close() that are now also provided by libc which complicates
writing configure tests that work correctly when both libc iconv and
libiconv are available.
Also, because the libiconv iconv.h header redefines iconv* to libiconv*
correct use of the header implies that the aliases aren't used.
The following ports needed fixes because there was something wrong with
the way they tried to detect or use iconv:
audio/deadbeef: Remove LIBICONV_PLUG from a source file. It's a
compile-time option and should not be set in source code.
comms/hidapi: Use standard AM_ICONV configure macro to look for iconv.
deskutils/fbreader: Let ports framework deal with LIBICONV_PLUG.
deskutils/ljclive: Override configure test for iconv.
deskutils/owncloudclient: Add USES=iconv and patch test for iconv.
devel/aegis: Bump PORTREVISION because it no longer uses libiconv.
devel/libexplain: Add USES=iconv and override test for iconv.
devel/sdl20: Override configure test for iconv.
emulators/vmw: Replace OSVERSION checks with ICONV_LIB checks and include
<iconv.h> instead of <sys/iconv.h>.
irc/scrollz: Override configure test for iconv.
japanese/chasen-base: Override configure test for iconv and patch
configure so it no longer adds -liconv to linker flags just because it
happens to be installed.
japanses/eb: Patch configure test for iconv.
japanses/eblook: Override configure test for iconv.
java/jikes: Override configure test for iconv.
multimedia/transcode: Bump PORTREVISION because only one plugin links with
libiconv now.
net/c3270: Override configure test for iconv.
net/samba4*: Bump PORTREVISION because it no longer uses libiconv. The
configure script will always add -liconv to the linker flags when it
happens to be installed which would be wrong but later on binaries are
linked with -Wl,--as-needed and the linker discards -liconv because it
finds iconv*() functions in libc now and no longer in libiconv.
net-mgmt/icinga-*: Remove dependency on iconv.
net-mgmt/netxms: Patch configure so it no longer adds -liconv to linker
flags just because it happens to be installed.
net/asterisk11: Patch configure so it no longer adds -liconv to linker
flags just because it happens to be installed.
net-p2p/transmission-*: Override configure test for iconv.
www/htmlcxx: Override configure test for iconv.
www/httrack: Override configure test for iconv.
www/xapian-omega: Override configure test for iconv.
x11/mrxvt(-devel): Add USES=iconv and override configure test for iconv.
x11/x3270: Override configure test for iconv.
x11-wm/jwm: Override configure test for iconv.

Fix for Qt 5.

Qt 5 does the following during the build of qt5-multimedia:
--- qt-post-install ---
echo "# define QT_GSTREAMER" >> /wrkdirs/usr/ports/multimedia/qt5-multimedia/
work/stage/usr/local/include/qt5/QtCore/modules/qconfig-multimedia.h
echo "# define QT_GST_VERSION=1.0" >> /wrkdirs/usr/ports/multimedia/
qt5-multimedia/work/stage/usr/local/include/qt5/QtCore/modules/qconfig-multimedia.h
echo "# define QT_XVIDEO" >> /wrkdirs/usr/ports/multimedia/qt5-multimedia/
work/stage/usr/local/include/qt5/QtCore/modules/qconfig-multimedia.h
That's (second line) not how #define works in C of C++
The resulting qconfig-multimedia.h file contains this:
#if !defined(QT_GST_VERSION=1.0) && !defined(QT_NO_GST_VERSION=1.0)
# define QT_GST_VERSION=1.0
#endif
This patch filters out the "=1.0" from the define. Bump qt5-multimedia
since the installed header needs to be corrected.

domain is available for stuff built from source.
Some ports were already installing in the System domain, for these just remove the Makefile lines explicitly specifying the install domain.
The rest are installed in the Local domain, remove any overrides, update their pkg-plists and any explicit paths in the Makefiles and then bump port revision.

According to upstream, this is the last planned Qt4 release.
A list of changes since 4.8.6 can be found here:
<http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/4.8/4.8.7/changes-4.8.7>
Porting notes and changes:
- Remove several patches that have been upstreamed.
- Make Uses/qmake.mk pass the contents of LIBS to the qmake environment. [1]
- Repurpose devel/qt4/files/extrapatch-src-corelib-global-qglobal.h now the
original patch is part of the release (curiously enough, the original
patch was never actually used, as the ?= assignment in r362837 after
r362770 was never possible).
This works around the way compiler support for C++11 features is detected
in Qt 4.8.7: while it originally only uses the compiler to determine if
something is supported or not, the initializer lists feature also depends
on the C++ standard library being used. It's a problem in FreeBSD 9.x,
where USES=compiler:c++0x or USES=compiler:c++11-lang means we will use
clang to build a port but use libstdc++ from base (GCC 4.2). The latter
obviously does not support initializer lists, and the build fails because
Qt tries to include headers that do not exist (<initializer_list>).
Since detecting libstdc++'s version is not trivial (we need to include a
non-lightweight header like cstdio and then check for __GLIBCXX__), we
just enable Q_COMPILER_INITIALIZER_LISTS support only when libc++ is used
(there should be no reason for someone to be using clang with GCC 4.8's
libstdc++, for example).
x11/kdelibs4's FindQt4.cmake had to include a backported change from the
upstream FindQt4.cmake in CMake itself to use a C++ compiler to detect
flags like Q_WS_X11, otherwise the inclusion of <ciso646> in qglobal.h
makes the build fail.
This patch contains changes by me, makc@ and alonso@.

- Move Perl's man1 files along with its man3 files.
- Move where Perl installs its modules man1 pages.
- Convert the ports installing man1 pages.
- Make different Perl versions installable at the same time.
Though you should note that only the default version can be used to
install Perl modules, and the non default Perl versions cannot use the
modules installed via ports if they contain .so as they are installed
in a version specific directory.

* print/ghostscript{7,8,9,9-agpl}-base
Installs Ghostscript binary, libgs, and related files.
These ports do not depend on X11 libraries (i.e. x11* devices
are not available). USES=ghostscript will set dependency on
one of them depending on GHOSTSCRIPT_DEFAULT.
The default device is set to "display" or "bbox".
* print/ghostscript{7,8,9,9-agpl}-x11
Installs a shared library which provides X11 support to
the installed Ghostscript binaries. x11* devices will be
enabled when the library is available.
This depends on *-base (RUN_DEPENDS). USES=ghostscript:x11
will set dependency on one of them.
- Fix integer overflow reported as CVE-2015-3228.
- Update Uses/ghostscript.mk:
* Add x11 keyword. nox11 keyword is now obsolete.
* Use packagename in *_DEPENDS line to prevent relationship between
-base and -x11 packages from being broken.
- Fix x11/nox11 keyword and bump PORTREVISION in ports using
USES=ghostscript to update dependency of pre-compiled packages.

UNIQUENAME was never unique, it was only used by USE_LDCONFIG and now,
we won't have conflicts there.
Use PKGBASE instead of LATEST_LINK in PKGLATESTFILE, the *only* consumer
is pkg-devel, and it works just fine without LATEST_LINK as pkg-devel
has the correct PKGNAME anyway.
Now that UNIQUENAME is gone, OPTIONSFILE is too. (it's been called
OPTIONS_FILE now.)

the now deprecated WXGTK version in the future. If you're currently launching 'mmg'
(the WXGTK GUI) you will get the following notification:
Please note that this program (mkvmerge GUI) is deprecated and will be removed
within one or two releases. It has been superseded by the new MKVToolNix GUI
which should also be included in the same package.
Don't enable this option by default to give current users a notice that future
updates will pull in the Qt5 dependency chain by default. However, users are
encouraged to try the Qt5 version and report bugs.
This new option does not change the current default build of the port and
therefore no PORTREVISION bump is required.

64 bit linuxulator support (not activated by default):
- most of the work was done by Alan Jude
- all errors are mine
- 64bit (may) have rough edges
- I validated
* that the 32bit part doesn't has deinstall regressions (incl. EXP runs by
antoine)
* 29 of 72 64bit ports ports don't have deinstall leftovers (more validation
later, when I dare to activate the 64bit linuxulator in the kernel)
- the infrastructure part looks mature enough to let more test-bunnies get
some experience with the new 64 bit parts
- to use it you shall have no linux ports installed and have to specify
(on your own risk) the following in make.conf before installing the ports:
OVERRIDE_LINUX_BASE_PORT=c6_64
OVERRIDE_LINUX_NONBASE_PORTS=c6_64
This is on top of the exiting c6 linux ports. Given that CentOS 7 is 64bits
only, we decided to have it as an "overlay" instead of new ports.
The 64bit part only installs 64bit executables, the 32bit ports can not be
installed at the same time (if needed we can think of letting the 64bit
overlay install the 32bit parts too, but given the CentOS 7 comment
above...).

<file> on ELF systems, but this doesn't really do what -export-symbols is
meant to do. On GNU ELF systems it converts <file> to a simple version
script first and then uses -version-script instead of -retain-symbols-file.
Let USES=libtool patch libtool scripts to do this on all systems with GNU
ld(1).
Bump PORTREVISION on all ports where the build log contains -export-symbols.
audio/calf: This port builds a module that now exports only one function,
but it also builds a number of executables that link to this module and
expect to see other functions. Because it's already a bit dodgy to link to
a module (libtool warns about this) let the module continue to export only
one function and instead build an ordinary library from the same source that
the executables can link to. Fix a number of other issues in the same
Makefile.am and clean up the port Makefile.
japanese/scim-honoka: Tries to hide all symbols that start with an
underscore, but because this library is written in C++ all symbols start
with _Z so it ends up hiding everything. Just don't hide anything at all
like the textproc/scim configure script does.
multimedia/schroedinger: Apply an upstream patch.
textproc/scim-input-pad: Same as japanese/scim-honoka.

The new regex was too broad and broke the plugins from the -bad package.

- most of the work was done by Alan Jude
- all errors are mine
- 64bit (may) have rough edges
- I validated
* that the 32bit part doesn't has deinstall regressions
* 29 of 72 64bit ports ports don't have deinstall leftovers (more validation
later, when I dare to activate the 64bit linuxulator in the kernel)
- the infrastructure part looks mature enough to let more test-bunnies get
some experience with it
- to use it you shall have no linux ports installed and have to specify
(on your own risk) the following in make.conf before installing the ports:
OVERRIDE_LINUX_BASE_PORT=c6_64
OVERRIDE_LINUX_NONBASE_PORTS=c6_64
This is on top of the exiting c6 linux ports. Given that CentOS 7 is 64bits
only, we decided to have it as an "overlay" instead of new ports.
The 64bit part only installs 64bit executables, the 32bit ports can not be
installed at the same time (if needed we can think of letting the 64bit
overlay install the 32bit parts too, but given the CentOS 7 comment
above...).
