when CFLAGS=-O is specified in make.conf, causing output that should be
displayed on the X display to be sent to stdout instead. This patch
forces compiler optimisation to be turned off allowing the port to work
as designed regardless of the optimisation specified in make.conf.

Those spaces used to hinder searching for the corresponding files
with portsearch -f '/FILENAME$' for obvious reasons.
Although currently portsearch removes those spaces itself remove
them anyway.

- Enable the recv() and send(), I am not sure why it was disabled on FreeBSD
only but allow other OSs. It works great as I have tested it with a few
of applications on FreeBSD 6.0 for a week. If anyone know why, please let
me know. No respone from the author.
- Add install the trickled.conf(.default) with examples. Took from Debian with
a bit tweak.
- Bump the PORTREVISION.

http://www.gnome.org/start/2.14/ for the official release notes, and a list
of all the gooides in this new release. In particular, GNOME 2.14 focused
on performance, and they did not miss the mark. There's some new eye candy,
but most of the big things are waiting until GNOME 2.16. On the FreeBSD
side, we tried to clean up all the crashers we could. In particular, we
really improved GNOME's 64-bit support.
The good news is that this release does not bring any big shared library
version bumps, so you can almost do a simple portupgrade to get to 2.14.
There are a few minor gotchas that will be documented in UPDATING shortly.
The FreeBSD GNOME Team would like th thank the following users for their
patches, feedback, and sometimes incessant complaing about crashes (you
know who you are).

o don't duplicate error messages to the console;
o postgresql backend doesn't set NULL flag on results properly, so that
don't use VAL_NULL() macros on them;
o reconnect to MySQL db when necessary;
o relax transaction matching rules, so that it works with wider range of
phones;
o add some missed sanity checks in usrloc;
o ignore incoming UDP messages that are shorter than certain limin (128
bytes). They cannot be SIP messages anyway.

configure script sets YACC in the Makefile. It sets it to "YACC= bison -y" on
6.x systems. For one reason or another this does not work. Where as on 4.x
systems, it sets "YACC= byacc" which works fine. I set YACC=${YACC} in
CONFIGURE_ENV to fix this problem. I also added the dependency for bison
(USE_BISON) as well as adding MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE into the MASTER_SITES. [1]

rm -rf /usr/X11R6/share/gnome/dbus-1

The ttb program requires the py-gtk bindings in order to
run, but the corresponding runtime dependency is missing
in the Makefile. Correct this by adding a runtime dependency.
This PR suggests adding the py-gtk2 toolkit as runtime
dependency, which works correctly. I haven't tested the
py-gtk (GTK 1.X) toolkit as dependency.

Ekiga is a free Voice over IP phone allowing you to do free
calls over the Internet.
Ekiga is the first Open Source application to support both
H.323 and SIP, as well as audio and video. Ekiga was formerly
known as GnomeMeeting.
The new port is based on net/gnomemeeting (same author,
port Makefiles very similar), so could you please:
1) make a repocopy from gnomemeeting to ekiga
2) apply the patch in ekiga, note that old patch files are
removed, and a new patch file is provided

This is based upon work from kwm and includes patches for vfakeio to make
it work with recent pwlib and openh323 versions from Joerg Pulz.
You need a recent pwlib and openh323 port for this.

HawkNL is a free, open source, game oriented network API
released under the GNU Library General Public License (LGPL).
HawkNL (NL) is a fairly low level API, a wrapper over
Berkeley/Unix Sockets and Winsock.
But NL also provides other features including support for
many OSs, groups of sockets, socket statistics, high accuracy
timer, CRC functions, macros to read and write data to
packets with endian conversion, and support for multiple
network transports.
NL has been tested on Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/CE, Linux,
Solaris, IRIX, AIX, BSDs, Mac OSX.
