able to track the version numbers of those, but if they increment before
the configurator does, we can use PORTREVISION. We'll bump that now too,
of course. We can't add the modem utility because there isn't a distfile
available that has a version number in it. :-(

Netmask are contiguous bits, wildcard masks don't need to be.
The former is accurate for defining subnets and the latter is useful for
describing ranges for firewalls, route maps, or other such things.
example:
10.0.10.0 is nntp1.domain.com, 10.0.11.0 is nntp2.local.com
access-list 185 permit tcp any gt 1023 10.0.10.0 0.0.1.0 eq nntp

* Rewrite lines like:
@exec [ CONDITION ] && ACTION
as:
@exec [ ! CONDITION ] || ACTION
In the first version, the @executed command returns false if CONDITION
is false and ACTION is not performed: pkg_add would then complain about the
whole command's exit code.
The second version returns either true or the actual ACTION exit code.
* Do not echo some Makefile commands.

the ROM code from the hard disk, and an improved "tulip" driver.
Also make boot over NFS the default method. This is seems to me
more flexible in that NFS is often required for diskless
configurations, and gives slightly better control than TFTPD on
who is allowed to access the server.

o Add a short message in dictd's pkg-message:
"Don't forget to install ports/net/dictd-database. After that, you
could run your own dictd server without pain."
o Bump PORTREVISION of both ports.
(It would heart your brain and waste you time to dig the reason why
dictd refused to start properly in the previous revision.)

This change is necesary now that ldapsdk has been updated to use

The submitter of the rsh->ssh patches overloaded RSYNC_RSH for ssh.
That turns out to be a Wrong Thing. This change implements the parallel

netsaint port depends on us and this creates a circular dependency.
Instead create the netsaint user/group ourselves (which is the only
reason for the netsaint dependency).

- bsd.port.mk update to use bsd.kde.mk for USE_{QT,KDE}*
- Cleanup corresponding ports for bsd.kde.mk update.
- Fix bsd.kde.mk: use correct kdelibs dependency, put qt at the bottom,
introduce QT_NONSTANDARD variable for nonstandard configure setup.
- Update KDE2 to 2.1.1. Two patches included in x11/kdelibs2 to fix the
proxy authentication that was broken for 2.1.1. Remove old patches.
- Potentially fix kdelibs build for alpha.
- Fix qt-designer 2.3.0 build.
- Ruby stuff left alone since it looks like black magic to me. Should
still work w/ compat shims for older USE_QT[,2] style. Some others
were also left alone for the same reason.

This module implements a symplistic way to match individual IP Addresses
to subnets. It can be used to, among other things, help analyze HTTPD
logs.

This module overloads hashes so that the key can be a subnet as in
NetAddr::IP. When looking values up, an interpretation will be made to
find the given key within the subnets specified in the hash.
Care must be taken, as only strings that can be parsed as an IP address
by NetAddr::IP can be used as keys for this hash.
