This update brings the security/doas port up to date with upstream.
This gives us the added benefit of restricted path searching. Which
means if the admin puts a relative path in the doas.conf file, doas
will limit the number of places where the executable can be found.
This prevents users from putting malicious executables with the same
name in their custom path.

now marked for deprecation at the end of the year (when upstream support
for it will end). Users of gnupg20 should migrate to gnupg22.
The gnupg port is remaining at 2.1.x for now, as it's essentially the
same thing as 2.2.0. It will become 2.3 soon-ish.

* gpg: Options --auto-key-retrieve and --auto-key-locate "local,wkd"
are now used by default. Note: this enables keyserver and Web Key
Directory operators to notice when a signature from a locally
non-available key is being verified for the first time or when
you intend to encrypt to a mail address without having the key
locally. This new behaviour will eventually make key discovery
much easier and mostly automatic. Disable this by adding
no-auto-key-retrieve
auto-key-locate local
to your gpg.conf.
* agent: Option --no-grab is now the default. The new option --grab
allows to revert this.
* gpg: New import option "show-only".
* gpg: New option --disable-dirmngr to entirely disable network
access for gpg.
* gpg,gpgsm: Tweaked DE-VS compliance behaviour.
* New configure flag --enable-all-tests to run more extensive tests
during "make check".
* gpgsm: The keygrip is now always printed in colon mode as
documented in the man page.

certbot has supported Python 3 (3.3+) since the 0.14.0 release [1]. Update
the USES=python:<version-spec> to match, allowing Python 3 builds. [2]
Update acme (security/py-acme) RUN_DEPENDS entry to use PORTVERSION not
PKGVERSION (that includes PORTEPOCH/PORTREVISION) which caused the
dependency to be incorrectly reported as unsatisfied if either was
defined. Further, since *_DEPENDS version-specifiers compare against
installed package versions, only a version that includes PORTEPOCH
and/or PORTREVISION is available, so use >= not ==. [3]
While I'm here, enable 'concurrent' to automatically produce
version-suffixed files.

sshguard usually looks at sshguard.conf for a list of files to monitor,
but lets you override it via the command line using -l arguments.
This change fixes an issue with the previous rc script which was
*always* setting the '-l' arguments even if sshguard_watch_logs wasn't
set in rc.conf.
This change also sets the defaults in the config file to match the
former defaults in the rc script, and adds an UPDATING entry to warn
of the change from default configuration via rc.conf the config file.

Rework the adding of dependancies in Mk/bsd.gstreamer.mk.
Previous when using USE_GSTREAMER[1] it would just add the request modules to BUILD/RUN_DEPENDS. This caused the qa script to complain because the old code didn't implicit depend on the gstreamer1 and gstreamer1-plugins[-bad] ports for the libraries they carried, even if they where present via the plugins! The new code adds implicit depends on these ports so USE_GSTREAMER[1] using ports have all the libraries included.
* The mad mp3 plugin was removed, mpg123 plugin also provides mp3 decoding. Switch over ports that used the gstreamer1 mad plugin.
* gtksink plugin renamed -> gtk
* Hook up the sndio plugin into the framework
* Add some indirect dependacies where needed
* Reorder the plugin list in bsd.gstreamer.mk so only one plugin per line. When changing plugins it doesn't result in multiple lines being changed.
* Remove mentions in bsd.gstreamer.mk of plugins mentions that where removed.
* Depend on libunwind on i386/amd64, GStreamer links to it if it is present.
