xhtml2pdf is a html2pdf converter using the ReportLab Toolkit, the HTML5lib and
pyPdf. It supports HTML 5 and CSS 2.1 (and some of CSS 3). It is completely
written in pure Python so it is platform independent.
The main benefit of this tool that a user with Web skills like HTML and CSS is
able to generate PDF templates very quickly without learning new technologies.

PyYAML-based python module to produce pretty and readable YAML-serialized data.
This module is for serialization only, see ruamel.yaml module for literate YAML
parsing (keeping track of comments, spacing, line/column numbers of values,
etc).

For archs where clang is the default compiler, these changes will have no

supporting fast distributed development teams without introducing additional
development processes. The goal is to encourage detailed and accurate release
notes for every release.
Reno uses git to store its data, along side the code being described. This means
release notes can be written when the code changes are fresh, so no details are
forgotten. It also means that release notes can go through the same review
process used for managing code and other documentation changes.
Reno stores each release note in a separate file to enable a large number of
developers to work on multiple patches simultaneously, all targeting the same
branch, without worrying about merge conflicts. This cuts down on the need to
rebase or otherwise manually resolve conflicts, and keeps a development team
moving quickly.
Reno also supports multiple branches, allowing release notes to be back-ported
from master to maintenance branches together with the code for bug fixes.

Remove custom script symlink/packaging routine (and pkg-plist) that adds
versions without .py filename suffix, in favour of what upstream provides by
default.
The manually maintained script list in the port was incomplete, so not all
scripts were processed, producing an inconsistent experience (if not POLA
violation) for users, and proves the mechanism itself is difficult to keep
up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, all upstream documentation refers to
these tools by their suffixed names.
While I'm here:

docutils 0.13.1 release included a new rst2html5 frontend, adding
rst2html5{.py} to LOCALBASE/bin. This conflicts with files already
packages with textproc/py-rst2html [1][2], resulting in a packging error.
Also affected (not currently packaged in FreeBSD Ports), is the
rst2html5-tools PyPI package [2].
Rename the conflicting script accordingly.

The work was done by tcberner and myself, with thanks to antoine for the
exp-run.
Not a lot to report compared to other Qt5 updates:
* net/qt5-network is still broken with LibreSSL. I said this in a commit
message ages ago but it bears repeating: upstream is open to adding support
for LibreSSL, but someone needs to step up to maintain it upstream, otherwise
things will continue to be broken all the time.
* www/qt5-webengine is a huge monster that is terrible to update, just like
www/chromium itself is. We (kde@) have decided to keep using the 5.9 series
for the time being, as it should be compatible with the rest of Qt anyway. It
was updated to 5.9.5, the latest 5.9 release at the time of writing.

Details:
- Update to upstream version 1.3.6
- Switch build system to cmake (mandatory upstream)
- Build shared libs, not static libs (upstream build
system requires either-or; the number of consumers
in the ports tree is small, this is unlikely to
cause problems)

The following list of changes are roughly what has occurred since the last
update:
Features:
- With bsdgrep -r, the working directory is implied if no directory is
specified
- bsdgrep will now behave as bsdgrep -r does when it's named rgrep
- bsdgrep now understands -z/--null-data to use \0 as EOL
- GNU regex compatibility is now indicated with a "GNU compatible" in
the version string
Fixes:
- --mmap no longer hangs when coming across an EOF without an
accompanying EOL
- -o/--color matching generally improved, now produces earliest /
longest matches
- Context output now more closely aligns with GNU grep
- Zero-length matches no longer exhibit broken behavior
- Every output line now honors -b/-H/-n flags
Other fixes are also present.
While here, move to the version as reported by `grep -V` -- I intend to bump
the version in base sensible as bugfixes/features roll in.
