Sylvio's last commit was 17 months ago, a full 5 months after all of his
ports could have been reset per policy. Given the push to complete
staging (48 ports are still unstaged, something like 70+ have already
been staged by other committers) and given that PRs are automatically
assigned but never addressed, it's better just to reset all the ports and
PRs so that it's clear to others that these ports are free to maintain.

- Add LIBS="${LIBS}" to MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV.
- Add an option helper for LIBS.
- Adjust all ports that already use LIBS. Also remove references to
PTHREAD_CFLAGS and PTHREAD_LIBS while here.
- Some ports did not support having a LIBS environment variable and
required additional patches.
Somewhat simplified a linker command line looks like:
${CC} ${src_LDFLAGS} ${LDFLAGS} ${src_LIBS} ${LIBS}
where src_LDFLAGS and src_LIBS are controlled by upstream and LDFLAGS and
LIBS can be controlled by us. If possible -L and -l flags need to be
added to LIBS to make sure they appear after any -L and -l flags set by
upstream. Many ports currently add -L${LOCALBASE}/lib to LDFLAGS but this
may appear too early on the command line causing installed libraries to
be linked in instead of freshly built ones.
Additional changes:
benchmarks/netio: Replace WITH_IPV6 with an IPV6 option.
comms/gnokii: Replace some patches with USES=pathfix. Also remove -fPIC.
graphics/gimageview: USES=libtool and install desktop file in DESKTOPDIR.
graphics/visionworkbench: Remove FreeBSD 7 support.
multimedia/libmovtar: New LIB_DEPENDS syntax.
multimedia/opencinematools: Use standard do-build.
net/siproxd: USES=libtool:keepla (port actually needs .la files for plugins)
net-mgmt/nagios: Remove -fPIC.
net-mgmt/nagios4: Remove -fPIC.
print/cups-base: Only add -lssp_nonshared on i386 and OSVERSION < 1000036.
security/p11-kit: Replace PTHREAD_LIBS in CONFIGURE_ENV with
ac_cv_func_pthread_mutexattr_init=no in CONFIGURE_ARGS. This skips a test
in configure that falsely detects pthread_mutexattr_init in our libc.
sysutils/dar: Fix iconv detection.
x11/rxvt-unicode: Remove -lstdc++ and patch configure to remove a FreeBSD
hack and use $CXX as linker as on other platforms.

This port was removed in 2011 due to a lack of distfiles. Chris has
rectified this and becomes the new maintainer. Other things of note:
* Header trimmed
* pkg-descr updated (new WWW link too)
* Stage support
* Updated to newer version 1.4 => 1.7
* BSD 3-clause license annotated
* Fix on FreeBSD 10+

When EXTRACT_CMD was removed, it was replace by UNZIP_CMD which required
a new dependency on infozip. By using TAR to extract the zip archive
instead, that new dependency is no longer necessary.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| |
This actually changes the extract tool from /usr/bin/unzip to /usr/bin/tar
because UNZIP_CMD currently refers to $LOCALBASE/bin/unzip so using that
would require a new dependency on info.
To avoid adding a new dependency, just use TAR which works fine.

The tool needed for extract is zip. However UNZIP_CMD explicitly refers
to zipinfo, and UNZIP_NATIVE_CMD isn't available on DragonFly. To future-
proof the port, convert EXTRACT_CMD and EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS to UNZIP_CMD
and the default zip extraction args. The (small) price is a new
dependency on infozip. Covered by general infrastructure blanket.

A few months ago, sdocbook-xml was split up along with many other
docbook ports to use a common makefile. Since then, the other docbook
ports have been consolidated into two flavors (xml and sgml) and neither
use the textproc/docbook/bsd.docbook.mk makefile.
Moreover, it conditionally sets the EXTRACT_SUFX to .zip, but without
setting USES+= zip which is now required for all zip distfiles.
The cleanest fix is to move the needed bits from the common makefile
back into sdocbook-xml and delete the common makefile. It passed 8x
on redport and DragonFly (w/ AK archiver patch in place)

This was part of the Ada Web Server, but it is maintained separated and
even needs to be recursively cloned into AWS git repository. Now the
AWS template engine is a separate library that AWS will use in the
upcoming update. The package description is below.
================================================================
This is the template engine for the Ada Web Server. It is modular and
therefore can be split out of AWS and used on its own.
As it was designed for generating web pages, it's function is to parse
a page template and replace tokens with specified values. This template
engine is amazingly fast due to its concurrent cached compiled templates
support.

Notable changes:
* parallel build supported now

* License installed now (it was only defined before)
* Restriction of building dynamic libraries on FreeBSD 8 removed; the
issue wasn't with this port but rather configuring the Ada compiler to
use the system linker. Using binutils 2.24 linker fixed the issue.

while retaining useability, portability and reasonable W3C
compatibility. It is an in-situ parser written in modern C++, with
parsing speed approaching that of strlen function executed on the
same data.
RapidXml has been around since 2006, and is being used by lots of
people. HTC uses it in some of its mobile phones.
If you are looking for a stable and fast parser, look no further.
Integration with your project will be trivial, because entire library
is contained in a single header file, and requires no building or
configuration.

Release notes: http://librdf.org/bindings/RELEASE.html#rel1_0_17_1
This commit also brings some packaging fixes: the Perl bindings' .packlist
does not reference the staging directory, and the Ruby bindings' generated
shared library has the correct suffix.

Parslet is a small Ruby library for constructing parsers in the PEG (Parsing
Expression Grammar) fashion.
Parslet makes developing complex parsers easy. It does so by
- providing the best error reporting possible
- not generating reams of code for you to debug
Parslet takes the long way around to make your job easier. It allows for
incremental language construction. Often, you start out small, implementing the
atoms of your language first; parslet takes pride in making this possible.

Always rely on unixODBC each time a port is looking for libodbc.so
Remove odbc compat from libiodbc
This allows to install both kde and gnome at the same time
While here:
- Convert libiodbc to USES=libtool
- Convert a bunch of libiodbc dependencies to USES=libtool
- Chase libiodbc.so shlib change
- Stagify some ports
- Convert some ports to USES=pgsql

This fixes compilation of ports that insist on linking this library
into a shared object file (specifically devel/libmatheval).
While here, remove unused ranlib patch lines.

Since FreeBSD 8.4 and FreeBSD 9.1 make(1) do support :tu and :tl as a
replacement for :U and :L (which has been marked as deprecated)
bmake which is the default on FreeBSD 10+ only support by default
:tu/:tl a hack has been added at the time to support :U and :L to ease
migration. This hack is now not necessary anymore
Note that this makes the ports tree incompatible with make(1) from
FreeBSD 8.3 or earlier
