Add mod_log_config-st 1.0.
mod_log_config-st is a patched version of mod_log_config by Sonke
Tesch. It's fully backward-compatible and it adds logic to give
other log writers a more detailed view of the data to be logged.

To run some (mod_perl) applications, a full expat library is needed, but the
built-in one conflicts with it. This patch allows you to build Apache without
the built-in expat so the other modules can load what they need.

Bump PORTREVISION.
Why patch needed? According ruby 1.8 language definition, even if
the first character-class string is square branket, warn if not
escaped with backslash. See also ruby/regex.c rev 1.81(*1). Since
[\]] is properly processed by ruby 1.6, patch this unconditionally.

mod_log_mysql is a module for the Apache 2 webserver which permits
request logging into a MySQL database.
Key features are:
* Seamless integration into the standard Apache logging
configuration.
* Only one configuration line needed to start logging.
* Free SQL use.
* Multiple databases, database users and/or database servers.
* Connection pooling, only one connection per log target per
child process.
* Logs data as it is: e.g. times as SQL DATETIME and n/a items
as SQL NULL.
* Won't loose data if the database server is down.
Note: this module requires mod_log_config-st

This module restricts access in the same way as an 'allow from'
does (it is derived form this module :), by checking for the exinstence of
a cookie. If a cookie is present it compares it to cookies found in a
mySQL database. If it can find a equivalent cookie there, access is
granted, else access is denied.

according to the zope.org site for this software, it is no longer
being actively developed, and might not even work on Zope 2.4.

<http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/bugs/> for details
- Correct OpenSSL support and, while at it, clean up CFLAGS and
LDFLAGS handling (thanks to dinoex for lots of helpful advice!).
- better be safe than sorry and pass PTHREAD_CFLAGS through in
case we are compiling with threads
- try to remove the errorpages directory silently since user
defined directories might legitimately be present
- clean up shell scripting:
+ do not use too many variables
+ use /bin/sh's features instead of external commands

RUBY_SHEBANG_FILES feature in bsd.ruby.mk kicks ${RUBY} to rewrite
files; ruby is used in build stage. So RUBY_NO_BUILD_DEPENDS should
_not_ be listed here.
Since this change doesn't affect the package contents itself, no bumps.
