Supybot is installed.
For a quick start:
- create a new directory from which to run your bot
- enter that directory
- run supybot-wizard
Some plugins require the databases/py-PySQLite port to be
installed.
**WARNING** Some config names changed between some versions.
Review the ChangeLog document in the documentation directory.
