lipsf is a text filter which converts plain text file
to LIPS (LIPSIII is default).
EUC and JIS KANJI codes are detected automatically.
pols is an interactive tool for printing through lipsf.
see /usr/local/share/doc/lipsf/ for details.

Put lipsf entry to /etc/printcap file:
lipsf|lipsf printer:\
