The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they 2011-10-24T09:11:38+00:00 dougb dougb@FreeBSD.org 2011-10-24T09:11:38+00:00 a7627ea1c0ac00b831f80a35d6b0e1f69f6ee9da had both lines: Author: ... WWW: .... So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary. Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying forms, like -- name, etc. s/AUTHOR/Author/ A few other various formatting issues 
had both lines:
