Digit@lway MPIO MP3 player device driver KMOD

It is actually a patch to FreeBSD standard urio
driver, which adds MPIO support to it, and
fixes some issues

This driver is designed to be used with MPIO
for Linux software, ported to FreeBSD as
audio/mpiosh
