What is it? 
    Apache JServ is a 100% pure Java servlet engine designed to
    implement the Sun Java Servlet API 2.0  specifications  and
    add   Java   Servlet   capabilities   to   the       Apache
    HTTP Server <http://www.apache.org/>.
