This codebase has been in testing for several months now and
is stable
- Remove standard description for ZSH
Changes:
- ZFS support is now optional:
* NO_ZFS can be set to disable ZFS usage
* TMPFS_ALL can be used to the build 100% in memory via tmpfs
- Jail/Port properties are no longer stored in ZFS. They will
be automatically converted on the first execution. This means
that downgrading to 2.x is not easily possible.
- testport has lost -d
- Remove cron
- Add daemon (rc script not completed yet)
- queue has been reworked for daemon (this may further change)
- New HTML/AJAX interface using jQuery
- Build times are now tracked
- Runaway builds are now automatically killed after 1200/84600
seconds of no output / max build time
- Build logs are now saved forever and not removed on
every build. testport will store its logs into "bulk"
dir for now as well.
- Ability to resume a previous bulk -a build by using -B (this
is mostly for exp-runs as it allows grouping incremental logs
in with the previous logs). By default the buildname defaults
to YYYY-MM-DD_HH:MM:SS for every build.
- jail -c gjb method is now an alias for ftp
- ports: Support checking out a different branch with -B
- testport -i improvements:
* Network enabled
* Works even when build fails
* RUN_DEPENDS now installed
* tty usage still broken

Term::ProgressBar is a wonderful module for showing progress bars on the
terminal. This module acts very much like that module when it is run
interactively. However, when it is not run interactively (for example,
as a cron job) then it does not show the progress bar.

Pyteomics is a collection of lightweight and handy tools for Python
that help to handle various sorts of proteomics data. Pyteomics
provides a growing set of modules to facilitate the most common
tasks in proteomics data analysis, such as:
* calculation of basic physico-chemical properties of polypeptides:
. mass and isotopic distribution
. charge and pI
. chromatographic retention time
* access to common proteomics data:
. MS or LC-MS data
. FASTA databases
. search engines output
* easy manipulation of sequences of modified peptides and proteins

Changes:
* Totally revamped implementation of FXThreadPool. The new FXThreadPool
is organized about a lock-free queue, with semaphores managing
synchronization between producer- and worker-threads. Thus, threads
never block unless two edge conditions are reached: either the
task-queue is empty, in which case worker threads will block (nothing
to do), or task queue is filled up, and producer thread will block
(no room in queue). An important new capability is for an additional
thread to enter into the task-processing loop temporarily. Finally,
the thread starting FXThreadPool, as well as the worker threads
belonging to the FXThreadPool now have a thread-local variable
referencing the FXThreadPool. This allows the threads involved to
locate the address of the FXThreadPool, for instance to create an
FXTaskGroup.
* New FXTaskGroup class manages groups of task to be executed in parallel
on a FXThreadPool. Tasks started through the FXTaskGroup interface are
guaranteed to be completed within the lifetime of the FXTaskGroup
instance.
* New FXParallelInvoke and FXParallelFor template functions to implement
parallel function call, and parallel for loop. This uses the new
FXTaskGroup, and indirectly, FXThreadPool.
* Pass optional stacksize when constructing FXWorker. Added stacksize
option to FXThreadPool with which new workers will be started.
* FXBarrier wait primitive now sports API's to change break-through
threshold, and forced-release option.
* FXSemaphore now has API's for timed wait, and try-wait for non-blocking
semaphore decrement.
* Added additional atomic variable types in FXAtomic.h.
* Added check for maximum dash-pattern length in FXDC and FXDCWindow.
* Fixed some issues with FXStat of files.
* Off-by-one error fixed in FXRex counted repeat of complex subpatterns.
* Clear internal text pointers in FXRex prior to a match.
* Added a few missing print-patterns to Adie.stx syntax file.
* Added FXSemaphore-protected queue class FXSemaQueue; this is itself a
wrapper around FXPtrQueue.
* Added lock-free queue class FXLFQueue.
* Numeric conversion issues fixed in fxstrtod.cpp; in particular, some
corner cases now give more accurate results.
* The function fxscanf.cpp does no longer eat the "e" when scanning for a
number, unless actually followed by digits.
* Switch to statvfs() from statfs() in FXStat.
* Indexing operator added to FXAutoPtr.
* Added new class FXScopedThread. FXScopedThread automatically performs a
join() upon destruction.

different value (e.g. Linux) but not being forced to also use the
Linux file system provider. This can be done by defining the property
java.nio.file.spi.DefaultFileSystemProvider.
This patch differs from the submitters in that the range of values are
restricted to the current known defaults.

The Apache HTTP Server Project is an effort to develop and maintain an
open-source HTTP server for various modern desktop and server operating

The 2.x branch of Apache Web Server includes several improvements like

Since apache24 does not enable every module by default in httpd.conf the
list of modules to build was preselected to match build param
--enable-modules=most
MPM selection is now an OPTION also if the MPM is build statically or
dynamically. In the later case all modules are build/installed but only
the selected MPM has an entry in httpd.conf (see apache issue 53882)
Per default the MPM prefork (static) will be build, to get the best
compatibility.
Custom variants like itk/peruser are not supported at the moment.

Note that the submission has been modified to set the submitter as the
port maintainer, and to use UNIQUENAME in the DOCSDIR, to avoid clashes
with mpd.

- In addition to patch from PR, pick a newer compiler to avoid compilation
trouble. Maintainer considers disabling SIMD instead, and might
follow up with a new patch.
