Change some URLs from author dirs to dist dirs.
The example in the porter's handbook didn't have the trailing slash;
mea culpa for not having caught that when it went in.

We have not checked for this KEYWORD for a long time now, so this
is a complete noop, and thus no PORTREVISION bump. Removing it at
this point is mostly for pedantic reasons, and partly to avoid
perpetuating this anachronism by copy and paste to future scripts.

share/texmf-dist for files in the original distribution

platforms. The fix committed is different from that in the PR since the
purpose of this memory was not clarified by the Evolution developers. The
fix committed casts the require memory size to an unsigned 32-bit integer.
Since the memory required should never exceed the maximum capacity of an
uint32_t, this is not a problem.
Thanks to anholt for tracking down this problem.

database tool rrdtool. It uses rrdtool's RRDs module to get access to rrdtool's
shared library.
RRDTool::OO tries to marry rrdtool's database engine with the dwimminess and
whipuptitude Perl programmers take for granted. Using RRDTool::OO abstracts
away implementation details of the RRD engine, uses easy to memorize named
parameters and sets meaningful defaults for parameters not needed in simple
cases.

Release notes: http://go-mono.com/archive/1.1.13/
Port changes:
- Execute mono-semdel during pre-clean in addition to post-install
- Execute mono-semdel over ${WRKSRC}/runtime as a precaution
- Add G_DEBUG="" to mono-semdel target in bsd.mono.mk to prevent
dropping core files with upcomming glib 2.9 [1]
- add XSP_DOCROOT for when we eventually have an xsp port in the ports
tree (If interested in xsp let me know)
- Remove lingering USE_REINPLACE while I'm here

2.01_2 with the "official" version from cdrtools 2.01.01a06.
- Patch i386-freebsd-cc.rul to allow compilation with CC set to a
compiler other than the default (as long as it doesn't include a
path component, which requires considerably changes to make work).
- Make the direct ATAPI transport of cdda2wav work again with FreeBSD
after device major numbers were abandoned; bump PORTREVISION for
this.

- With 2.01.01a05 a new tool btcflash for flashing the firmware of
BTC DRW1008 DVD+/-RW drives was added.
- With 2.01.01a06 `readcd -scanbus` was finally fixed (the "fix" in
2.01.01a05 did not work). Thus the respective ports patch was
removed.
- With 2.01.01a07 my changes to make the direct ATAPI transport
(cooked_ioctl interface) of cdda2wav work again with FreeBSD
after ata(4) was GEOM'ifed and the CDIOCREADAUDIO ioctl removed
were finally integrated, but unfortunately a modified, buggy
version. Thus the respective ports patches were removed and the
bug corrected.
For the complete list of changes since 2.01.01a04 see
