- Update LICENSE (BSD3CLAUSE)
This one was fun to find. As rm@ mentioned in a previous commit, no
LICENSE file exists in the Google Code or hg.python.org repositories.
There is a "New BSD License" reference on the unittest-ext homepage [1]
but wasnt a direct reference to the source in question, so it was not
considered good enough.
Gold was struck grepping BSD in the sources, which leads to the setup.py
header, that includes a URL reference to:
http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/license.shtml
BSD 3-clause. Voila!

there will be no dangeling /var/db/dbus/machine-id on package install [1].
Change the dbus start script to always call dbus-uuidgen --ensure. Which
only generates /var/db/dbus/machine-id if it is not present.
While here switch to USES=libtool.

The makefile patch was strange in that it defined LIBDATADIR once
unconditionally and then again conditionally. This could have been
done via MAKE_ARGS and no patch at all. However, I changed the
patch to a single definition that is true for "ports" regardless
of the platform used (pkgconfig files always in libdata in ports).
This allows port to build on DragonFly and no-op for FreeBSD.

CVS is no longer in base on FreeBSD 10 and later, but it's still in
DragonFly's base, and the devel/cvs port doesn't even build on DF. The
dependence on CVS was added to some ports recently, make sure that only
applies to FreeBSD. Note the rancid approach where it further limits
it to FreeBSD 10+ is better than devel/cvs* where they pull in CVS
unconditionally on FreeBSD 8 and 9 where it's not needed. The
unmaintained cvs-syncmail port was updated to be like rancid, but I
didn't make the same update to the maintained cvs2html port.

This port was building and installing the profile library regardless of
the NO_PROFILE definition. The installation was a bit of a mess too, and
it didn't use the BSD_INSTALL_* values. The previous staging attempt
didn't work, at least not on DragonFly, so let's use our own install
target to fix all of these issues and honor the NO_PROFILE request
at the same time.

Fix:
- FATAL: Makefile: [21]: contiguous blank lines (> 1 lines) found.
- Unecessary RUN_DEPENDS on python2 (has USE_PYTHON=2)
- Remove duplicate USE_PYTHON=yes (scons is for 2.x only)

The configure script has some simple tests that pick up libiconv when it
is installed. By passing --without-iconv these tests can be skipped so
the configure script falls back on a more standard iconv test that tests
libc before libiconv. However, this fall-back does not set CFLAGS/LDFLAGS
correctly when libiconv needs to be used, so only pass --without-iconv
when libc iconv needs to be used (ICONV_LIB empty).

Go-Json-Rest is a thin layer on top of net/http that helps building RESTful
JSON APIs easily. It provides fast URL routing using a Trie based
implementation, and helpers to deal with JSON requests and responses. It is
not a high-level REST framework that transparently maps HTTP requests
to procedure calls, on the opposite, you constantly have access to the
underlying net/http objects.

This port was originally marked as broken on i386 only. It always worked
without modification on dports. Later when eadler@ released the port
without fixing i386, he marked it completely broken although it builds on
amd64. He did not post the error messages encountered on i386 in the
commit message adding BROKEN_i386 or BROKEN and thus all smake error logs
have cycled off.
Remove BROKEN definition and let the cluster start building smake again
so we can see if it's really broken or not (and if so, how).
