The default hash algorithm as of Varnish 2.1 is "critbit". The FreeBSD
varnish ports/packages have run the varnish daemon with the "classic"
algorithm due to an oversight. This update corrects the default to
adhere to the recommendation of upstream.

The KWALLET option had been added based on early plans for KDE5. Now that the
KF5 ports are committed, correct the KWALLET option to match the new KF5 ports.
Also, convert USE_OPENSSL to USES=ssl and add missing USE_GL and USE_QT5
components identified by stage-QA.

The recent move of all the KDE4 includes into ${LOCALBASE}/include/kde4 broke
the KWALLET option. This patch fixes the option by inserting the right include
path.

WWW::Form::UrlEncoded provides application/x-www-form-urlencoded parser and
builder. This module aims to have compatibility with other CPAN modules like
HTTP::Body's urlencoded parser.
This module try to use WWW::Form::UrlEncoded::XS by default and fail to it, use
WWW::Form::UrlEncoded::PP instead

Mark following third-party modules with IGNORE, a patches require from upstreams:
o) http_upstream_fair;
o) drizzle;
o) memc;
o) postgres;
o) redis2.
<ChangeLog>
*) Change: format of the $ssl_client_s_dn and $ssl_client_i_dn variables
has been changed to follow RFC 2253 (RFC 4514); values in the old
format are available in the $ssl_client_s_dn_legacy and
$ssl_client_i_dn_legacy variables.
*) Change: when storing temporary files in a cache directory they will
be stored in the same subdirectories as corresponding cache files
instead of a separate subdirectory for temporary files.
*) Feature: EXTERNAL authentication mechanism support in mail proxy.
Thanks to Robert Norris.
*) Feature: WebP support in the ngx_http_image_filter_module.
*) Feature: variables support in the "proxy_method" directive.
Thanks to Dmitry Lazurkin.
*) Feature: the "http2_max_requests" directive in the
ngx_http_v2_module.
*) Feature: the "proxy_cache_max_range_offset",
"fastcgi_cache_max_range_offset", "scgi_cache_max_range_offset", and
"uwsgi_cache_max_range_offset" directives.
*) Bugfix: graceful shutdown of old worker processes might require
infinite time when using HTTP/2.
*) Bugfix: in the ngx_http_mp4_module.
*) Bugfix: "ignore long locked inactive cache entry" alerts might appear
in logs when proxying WebSocket connections with caching enabled.
*) Bugfix: nginx did not write anything to log and returned a response
with code 502 instead of 504 when a timeout occurred during an SSL
handshake to a backend.

Another example of an "all" target requiring the "clean" target which
causes a race where object files can be deleted after they are built.
It's easy to fix but indicative the author fundamentally doesn't
understand make dependencies. Dumb.

and Applications)
KDE Frameworks is a collection of libraries and software frameworks by KDE
that serve as technological foundation for KDE Plasma 5 and KDE Applications
distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) [1].
The work is based on what we have in the KDE testing repo [2].
This is the next big step in updating the KDE Desktop and its Applications
to anything less dusty.
With this change, `USES=kde:5` is now a valid option. Ports that need to depend
on KDE Framework can now set:
USES=kde:5
USE_KDE=<framework1> <framework2> ... <frameworkX>
For example: www/qupzilla-qt5 can depend on sysutils/kf5-kwallet via:
KWALLET_USE= KDE=wallet
I would like to thank Raphael and Adriaan for reviewing the ports in the testing
repo :)

USES=mono: add nuget argument
The nuget argument adds support for nuget packages. The nuget
packages must be specified in the NUGET_DEPENDS variable.
devel/monodevelop: update to 6.1.1.15
- Switch to github. The other official source is quite a few versions
behind.
- Add missing dependencies (fsharp, ssl2, curl)
- Add required nuget packages
- Add required external repositories
- Drop options. Although ./configure offers these flags, there is no
functional change (i.e. no-op)
- All patches have been upstreamed (and the one we need is from
upstream).
lang/fsharp: update to 4.0.1.15
- convert to use the nuget argument.
ChangeLog:
- Fix null condition in Fsc task
lang/mono-devel: update to 4.6
- switch to new test target (currently tests the port to be installed)
www/gecko-sharp20: depreciate: broken and no-upstream
- Give 1 month for anyone to complain that this port is being removed.
x11-toolkits/gtk-sharp30: bump PORTREVISION
- Add LICENSE information
- Add missing dependencies (per stage-qa)
x11-toolkits/gtk-sharp20: update to 2.12.40.
- Add LICENSE information
- Add missing dependencies (per stage-qa)
- Change download location per Mono's Gtk# website.

Thanks to the upstream work of Marie Loise Nolden, we could get rid of a handful

some minor plist changes.
I would like to thank Loise <nolden@kde.org> for the upstream work, and Adriaan

You can now set the default version of Varnish with DEFAULT_VERSIONS to
build Varnish and its modules against your desired Varnish release
train.
The default version of Varnish throughout the ports tree will remain as
www/varnish4 until at least 2017Q1 when it will be changed in HEAD to be
www/varnish5. This should allow plenty of time for migration and for
stabilization of the changes in Varnish 5.x.
