The Perl Cache package provides Cache::Cache, a generic interface for creating persistent data stores. This interface is implemented by the Cache::MemoryCache, Cache::SharedMemoryCache, Cache::FileCache, Cache::SizeAwareFileCache, Cache::SizeAwareMemoryCache, and Cache::SizeAwareSharedMemoryCache classes.
