Upstream has renamed its libraries and we no longer need to patch
devel/qscintilla-qt5 to create a library whose name does not conflict with
devel/qscintilla's. However, the library names are different so we need to bump
PORTREVISION in several ports (the SOVERSION has changed too).
Thanks to antoine for the exp-run.

r460809 started installing .pyi with the %%PYTHON3%% substitution in the
plists. Support for .pyi files was added in Python 3.5, and PyQt's configure.py
only installs the files on Python >= 3.5.
This patch removes the version checks from configure.py (the files are just
unused in earlier Python versions), as it is easier than checking Python 3's
version in each PyQt port's Makefile (or to add the logic to Mk/Uses/pyqt.mk).

Highlights:
- New Roslyn compiler for C# available
- Improved support for nuget packages in USES=mono
General:
- fix pkg-plist: mono now produces '.pdb' debug files instead of '.mdb'
- bump all dependant ports
USES=mono:
- properly handle caching of nuget packages
- add support for multiple feeds for nuget packages
- add support for nuget dependencies in a separate file
- add support for paket packages
lang/mono:
- update to version 5.2.0.215
- automate certificate initialisation [2]
- increase test coverage
- mark as conflicting with net/czmq (conflicting on makecert) [1]
- patch mono to use $PREFIX/share/mono instead of /usr/share/.mono
devel/google-gdata:
- use nunit.framework nuget package as the Mono shipped version is no longer suppport.
- switch to using csc(1) for compiling (mcs(1) is depreciated).
- use delayed signing (and then sign with sn(1)) as csc(1) does not support signing.
- fix reference to system assemblies (the '.dll' suffix is required).
- fix reference to HttpUtility: csc(1) is more strict about scoping
devel/monodevelop:
- reroll distinfo (no changes to content)
lang/fsharp:
- reroll distinfo (no changes to content)
security/gnome-keyring-sharp:
- delay sign (then sign with sn(1)) as csc(1) does not support direct signing.

Those items were added with %%DEBUG%% when we updated Qt to 5.3.2. At the time,
src/dialogs/dialogs.pro had the following excerpt:
# In case of a debug build, deploy the QML files too
CONFIG(debug, debug|release): QML_FILES += $$DIALOGS_QML_FILES
but that actually changed in Qt 5.9.0, which dropped the check altogether and
always adds those files to QML_FILES.
Not shipping them causes runtime issues according to the bug report below.

gtkplatform is a Qt Platform Abstraction plugin providing Qt applications with
the capability to use GTK+ as a host toolkit.
It lets Qt applications render with native GTK+ menus, and use GTK+ for input
(mouse, keyboard, touch), and getting window content on screen, the same as it
uses e.g. Cocoa on macOS.

This took quite a lot of time because Qt's own build system underwent
several changes in 5.8.0 that took a while to adapt to.
And, of course, qt5-webengine is a behemoth that we need to patch like crazy
due to its bundling of Chromium. In fact, most of the Chromium patches in
qt5-webengine have been imported with no changes from www/chromium@433510
("www/chromium: update to 56.0.2924.87").
New port: accessibility/qt5-speech
Bigger changes to Qt5 ports we had to make:
- Qt now allows using a configure.json file to define configuration options
and specify configuration checks that can be done when qmake is invoked.
However, configure.json checks done in a subdirectory only propagates to
subdirectories, and checks elsewhere will fail if all .pro files are being
parsed at once (i.e. qmake -recursive), so several ports had to switch to
USES=qmake:norecursive along with manual additional qmake invocations in
subdirectories in order to work. It's been mentioned in a few places such
as Qt's bug tracker that qmake's recursive mode is pretty much deprecated,
so we might switch to non-recursive mode by default in the future.
- Uses/qmake.mk: Introduce QMAKE_CONFIGURE_ARGS. qmake now accepts
arbitrary options such as '-foo' and '-no-bar' at the end of the
command-line. They can be specified in QMAKE_CONFIGURE_ARGS.
- graphics/qt5-wayland: The port can only be built if graphics/mesa-libs is
built with the WAYLAND option, so a corresponding option (off by default)
was added to the port.
- misc/qt5-doc: Switch to a pre-built documentation tarball. The existing
port was not working with Qt 5.9. Instead of trying to fix it, switch to
what Gentoo does and fetch a tarball that already contains all
documentation so that we do not have to build anything at all. The
tarball's name and location in download.qt.io look a bit weird, but it
seems to work fine.
- www/qt5-webengine: Use binutils from ports, Chromium's GN build system
generates a build.ninja that uses ar(1) with the @file syntax that is not
supported by BSD ar, so we need to use GNU ar from binutils.
- x11-toolkits/qt5-declarative-render2d: This port was merged into the main
Qt Declarative repository upstream, and into x11-toolkits/qt5-quick in the
ports tree.
Changes to other ports we had to make:
- biology/ugene: Drop a '#define point "."' that is not present in more
recent versions of the port. Defining a macro with such a common name
causes build issues with Qt 5.9, which uses |point| as an argument name in
methods.
- cad/qelectrotech: Fix plist with Qt 5.9. Directories are no longer
installed with `cp -f -R', but rather `qmake install qinstall', which does
not install
%%DATADIR%%/elements/10_electric/20_manufacturers_articles/bosch_rexroth/.directory
That's a local file that should not even have been part of the tarball
anyway.
- chinese/gcin-qt5: Add additional private Qt directories (which should not
be used in the first place) to get the port to build with Qt 5.9.
- devel/qtcreator: Fix plist with Qt 5.9. Something changed in qdoc and some
test classes no longer generate documentation files.
- security/keepassx-devel: Import a patch sent upstream almost a year ago to
fix the build with Qt 5.9.
Thanks to antoine for the exp-run, and tcberner and Laurent Cimon
<laurent@nuxi.ca> for landing changes in our qt-5.9 branch.

- Consistently use DISTVERSION instead of PORTVERSION (the former is set, not the latter)
- Only depend on libunwind on x86 arch with FreeBSD >= 11 (fixes ignored build on arm/ppc)
- Fix python dependency with depreciation of python meta ports
- Remove PYPY_BITS from pkg-plist target, no longer used
- Remove setting of PORTVERSION, DISTVERSION is set in bsd.pypy.mk
- bsd.pypy.mk:
- Define DISTVERSION once, to ensure consistency
- PYPY_DIR: Handle versions with multiple digits
- PYPY_CFFI_VER now differs in value between pypy and pypy3
- bsd.pypy.cffi.mk:
- Add FLAVORS for pypy and pypy3 [1]
- Consistently use PYTHON_IMPL instead of the hard coded "pypy"
- PLIST_FILES: use direct substitution instead of PLIST_SUB

Upstream no longer ships the contents of misc/py-qt5-doc, so the port has been
removed.
This is also a requirement for updating the Qt5 ports, as the PyQt5 version
currently in the tree has license conflicts with later Qt versions.
Big thanks to tcberner for doing most of the work here, and antoine for the
exp-run.

We were not setting the flag to select the GNUstep ABI, so were defaulting to
using the GCC-compatible version, which was likely to trigger a lot of subtle
bugs. This was noticed when C++ exceptions thrown through Objective-C stack
frames caused segfaults.

Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will
automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what
versions they support.
There is also a USE_PYTHON=flavors for ports that do not use distutils
but need FLAVORS to be set. A USE_PYTHON=noflavors can be set if
using distutils but flavors are not wanted.
A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been
added to cope with Python ports that did not have the Python
PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored.
USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the
current python flavor. It can be used in dependency lines when the
port itself is not python flavored. For example, deskutils/calibre.
By default, all the flavors are generated. To only generate flavors
for the versions in PYTHON2_DEFAULT and PYTHON3_DEFAULT, define
BUILD_DEFAULT_PYTHON_FLAVORS in your make.conf.
In all the ports with Python dependencies, the *_DEPENDS entries MUST
end with the flavor so that the framework knows which to build/use.
This is done by appending '@${PY_FLAVOR}' after the origin (or
@${FLAVOR} if in a Python module with Python flavors, as the content
will be the same). For example:
RUN_DEPENDS= ${PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX}six>0:devel/py-six@${PY_FLAVOR}

It was recently killed in the base system and consumers have to use
`textproc/groff' port now, which is a real PITA: it pulls in some
obscure dependencies like `print/psutils', `graphics/netpbm', but
most importantly, `ghostscript' (unconditionally), which is a huge
abomination of its own, pulling another round of dependencies, some
of which are as crazy as `graphics/svgalib' (sic). Trying to reset
all offered knobs to `off' results in unbuildable package.
Pass NROFF as mere `echo' and be done with it. Generated manpages
remain identical.

Notable changes:
- i386/amd64 now depend on NASM per https://git.ffmpeg.org/gitweb/ffmpeg.git/commitdiff/4f9297ac3b39
- NETCDF is now MYSOFA but the dependency doesn't exist in ports yet
- SCHROEDINGER is gone per https://git.ffmpeg.org/gitweb/ffmpeg.git/commitdiff/220b24c7c9
- DRM, LIBRSVG2, LIBXML2 are new options
- ABI isn't completely compatible: some structs have changed
Minor cleanup:
- Don't pass --disable-{in,out}dev when it's already blocked by disabled dependency
- Drop redundant "Enable" from option descriptions
- Switch CDIO_DESC to use Mk/bsd.options.desc.mk

but the only difference is fixes for Windows IDE solutions Visual C 2008

- Move out .so.1-suffixed symlink creation to `post-install' target rather
than patching `src/Makefile' since the patch tends to get modified with
each update; and drop no longer needed patches that were merged upstream
- Define LICENSE_FILE as it is not just a standard boilerplate

Rework the adding of dependancies in Mk/bsd.gstreamer.mk.
Previous when using USE_GSTREAMER[1] it would just add the request modules to BUILD/RUN_DEPENDS. This caused the qa script to complain because the old code didn't implicit depend on the gstreamer1 and gstreamer1-plugins[-bad] ports for the libraries they carried, even if they where present via the plugins! The new code adds implicit depends on these ports so USE_GSTREAMER[1] using ports have all the libraries included.
* The mad mp3 plugin was removed, mpg123 plugin also provides mp3 decoding. Switch over ports that used the gstreamer1 mad plugin.
* gtksink plugin renamed -> gtk
* Hook up the sndio plugin into the framework
* Add some indirect dependacies where needed
* Reorder the plugin list in bsd.gstreamer.mk so only one plugin per line. When changing plugins it doesn't result in multiple lines being changed.
* Remove mentions in bsd.gstreamer.mk of plugins mentions that where removed.
* Depend on libunwind on i386/amd64, GStreamer links to it if it is present.

Provide a Qt5 binding for FreePascal that may be of use to provide the Lazarus
LCL library with a Qt interface
This binding does not aim to cover the whole Qt5 framework, but only just
enough to satisfy the LCL needs. If any LCL/Qt developer needs an extra class,
just ask and it will be added promptly. Some of the methods that have parameters
based upon templates have been omitted.
If however you need any of those, just ask.

The 3.x series is based on KDE Frameworks 5, and some programs have been split
into separate ports:
- Sheets, Words & co are in editors/calligra.
- Krita is in graphics/krita.
- Kexi is in databases/kexi.
- The calligra-l10n* ports are now part of editors/calligra itself.
Okular support in editors/calligra and Marble support in textproc/kreport have
been disabled for now because they need the KF5 version of those ports.
Thanks to everyone who's tested it and worked on it in our area51 repository.

devel/qt5-declarative has not been released since Qt 5.5.1, and it
starts to lead to runtime conflicts with qt5-quick if installed.
* No port is actually still using it (there are ports that had it as a
dependency, but do not really require it -- bump these, and remove it).
* Remove it from the Qt 5 metaport.

USES=mono: minor fixes
- save a copy of the nuget package in the packages directory
- force linking of directories, allowing nuget-extract to be rerun
without `make clean`
- fix makenuget: nuget requires an equals to identify the version, not a dash
devel/monodevelop: update to 6.2.1.3
- update nuget packages:
- link older System.Collection.Immutable 1.1.37 to newer 1.3.1 (used
by C# and F# respectively)
- update external github repositories
- allow post-extract target to be run multiple times
- change MonoDevelop.Packaging to use a newer version of
NuGet.Build.Packaging (the older version is no longer fetchable)
- remove patch integrated upstream
- moved `nuget restore` patching from post-patch into a patch file (the
former broke silently)
- ChangeLog:
irc/smartirc4net: update to 1.1
- add LICENSE
lang/fsharp: update to 4.1.18
- add test dependency on libgdiplus
- update nuget packages
- update test paths for fsharp assemblies
- update patches to prevent `nuget restore` from running
- ChangeLog:
- Set executable bit correctly on output
- Integrate visualfsharp
- Fix regression on binding redirects for System.Collections.Immutable
- Fix regression in Microsoft.Build.FSharp.targets
- Fix binding redirects for System.Collections.Immutable

- Fix #656: error FS0193: internal error: No access to the given key
lang/mono: various fixes
- fix linking with lld [1]
- double maximum handle size [2]
- add option to run acceptance tests
- allow for optional bootstrapping of mono via either installed mcs (if
available) or via downloaded "monolite" (default)
- add python and py-pillow as dependencies for bin/mono-heapviz
- add armv6 as a supported architecture (untested)
- switch to github for source code:
- official tarball does not include tests
- patches:
- recognise FreeBSD for AOT suffix
- change mono-heapviz to use pillow instead of PIL
multimedia/banshee: tell portscout to ignore this port
- Portscout was not skipping the 2.9.1 version, and upstream appears to be
quiet for the last few years.
x11-toolkits/gtk-sharp20: update to 2.12.43
- ChangeLog:
- fix compilation on mono-4.8.0 (incorrect use of sizeof())
