* addressbook/importers/evolution-ldif-importer.c:
Remove redundant Base64 codec implementation. Use GLib's.

* mail/em-migrate.c (upgrade_passwords_1_2):
* plugins/face/face.c:
Use GLib's Base64 API instead of Camel's.
