* camel-mime-part-utils.c
(simple_data_wrapper_construct_from_parser): Convert the charset
to the iconv-friendly name.
* camel-charset-map.c (camel_charset_to_iconv): Add code to
convert windows-[cp]#### charsets to their iconv-friendly format
of cp####.
