.cmeta file too, and fix the recovery order.
* providers/local/camel-local-store.c (rename_folder): rename the
.cmeta file too.
* providers/local/camel-local-folder.c (local_rename): fix this to
use local_get_full_path stuff.
* camel-store.c (camel_store_rename_folder): fix umr's comparing
old and new names.
