Re-took most screenshots; last batch had wrong Sawfish theme.

theme.
* C/usage-print.sgml: New file, describing printing and print-preview.
* C/fig/print-preview.png: New file.
* C/fig/print-dest.png: New file.
* C/evolution-guide.sgml: Added usage-print entity.
* C/menuref.sgml: Fixed calendar menu stuff.
* C/usage-mail.sgml: No more "Actions" menu, other assorted
menu-related changes.
