* C/usage-exec-summary.sgml: s/My Evolution/Summary/
* C/preface.sgml: Moved "Quickref" stuff to Menuref file.
* C/usage-mainwindow.sgml: removed reference to faq.
* C/menuref.sgml: Gutted. Filled with "quickref" stuff.
* C/evolution.sgml: Removed FAQ. Re-added menuref. Menuref is now
the "quick reference" section.
