method is implemented instead of being forgiving.

(e_table_group_decrement): Likewise.
(e_table_group_row_count): Likewise.
(e_table_group_set_focus): Likewise.
(e_table_group_get_focus): Likewise.
(e_table_group_get_focus_column): Likewise.
(e_table_group_get_printable): Likewise.
(e_table_group_compute_location): Likewise.
(e_table_group_get_cell_geometry): Likewise.
(etg_destroy): Clear the fields after we unref them.
* e-table-group-leaf.c (etgl_destroy): Clear the fields after we
unref them.
(e_table_group_leaf_construct): Subsets should not be sunk. Do
not ref/sink the subset.
