Show command improvement
The show command can now show the definition of a type in English
(same as before, but now the default) or in gibberish as a typedef
(new, optional).
Note also that the trailing types keyword has been removed from
the command: it wasn't needed.

Previous in gegl3 the pkgnamesuffix of that port cause gcut to be installed
as gcut3. Now after the move there isn't a pkgnamesuffix anymore. Base the
new suffix on the value off GEGL_VER.

With lld 7.0.0, the following error is emitted:
ld: error: duplicate symbol 'pdb_search_init' in version script
This is because the symbol version scripts generated by wscript_build
contain both "pdb_search_init" in the global section, and "pdb_*_init"
in the local section. Fix it by removing "pdb_*_init" from the local
section.
For net/samba48, this already got fixed, as a side effect of r478825.

The upstream HTTP server is configured to redirect to
psftools-1.0.10.tar.gz with a 301 when the requested filename is
similar enough to it. This leads to portscout finding bogus tarballs
like psftools-{1.0.11,1.0.12,...,1.1.10}.tar.gz which are really
psftools-1.0.10.tar.gz.

Add a partial fix for what was reported in PR 231804, the part that's
actually relevant upstream and that I made there, cf.
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2018-10/msg00076.html as a new
local patch files/patch-libgfortran until I have backported this to the
upstream release branch and hence we get it via the weekly snapshots.

- Add MSMTPD option that install minimal SMTP server called msmtpd
that listens on the local host and pipes mails to msmtp

- Upstream switched from libidn to libidn2, update dependency
accordingly,
- Enable GNUTLS by default instead of OPENSSL as per upstream
recommendation [1].

Makefile.incl was generated in the same 'make' run as build and was ignored by 'make'.
Separating its generation and use makes raster3d to use dependencies.

- Drop unnecessary sqlite2 plugin run, and unused qtestlib and
script dependencies
- Make sure DATADIR is actually passed through to the build.
Currently qmake passes it as "" to the compiler which leads to
tipp10 not finding its data files on first startup.

* Switch to GitHub for sources. The PyPI sdist does not package the license
and a couple of other useful files.
* Update TEST_DEPENDS to include optional dependencies that produce skipped
tests when not installed
* Pet portlint for Makefile ordering

As it turned out, --enable-icb triggers the build to install the headers.
Also properly strip the libraries.

by properly passing LDFLAGS to the link command
Also remove one unnecessary file that comes with the .orig suffix.

Cross Platform Executable (c21e)
This is a library for running cross-platform executables.
Cucumber relies executables that are cross-compiled for various CPUs and
operating systems, resulting in 20 or so executables that are bundled inside
packages (gems, jars, npm modules etc).
This library picks the right executable to run for the current CPU/OS.

Cucumber formatters are command line programs that read results from STDIN. They
are designed to work with any Cucumber implementation that supports Cucumber
Messages.

Cucumber Messages is a message protocol based on Protocol Buffers. It allows one
process to construct message objects and send them to another process. Protobuf
takes care of serialising those messages to a binary format, and deserialise
them on the other end.
