Nothing in the port uses either of them, so it is safe to remove the
dependencies. I have built the port on 9.3-i386 and 10.1-amd64 without those
entries and everything still worked.

when compiling code that uses the BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT() macro with
recent versions of clang. Upstream has a slightly different fix in
their develop branch (removel of the __GNUC_MINOR__ check, which works
because clang claims to be __GNUC__ == 4), but it has not been merged
into the master branch.
This change reduces the size of the OpenOffice build log by 66%.

- Remove no longer true BROKEN on Tier-2 architectures statement (tested
and builds just fine on all of them)
- Cleanup the Makefile while here: optimize away DOCS and BINS variables,
arrange knobs in a more logical way, fix indentation bugs, etc.

Changes:
- Use of sqlitejdbc
- Use of Oracle's jdk. It no longer works with OpenJDK and the
upstream project indicated that they won't make changes to make
it work with it either.

This port seems to require the tzdata and combine applications,
but it actually needs httpoison too. If httpoison is not
installed during the build then tzdata will not be able to start
and a required ETS table will not be created, thus no timezone
info will ever be available and the build will fail.

Pydoop is a Python interface to Hadoop that allows you to write MapReduce
applications in pure Python.
Pydoop offers several features not commonly found in other Python
libraries for Hadoop:
-- a rich HDFS API;
-- a MapReduce API that allows to write pure Python record readers / writers,
partitioners and combiners;
-- transparent Avro (de)serialization;
-- easy installation-free usage;

Changes: https://metacpan.org/changes/distribution/Term-ReadLine-Gnu
Given that this module is called Term::ReadLine::Gnu, and it installs
Term::ReadLine::Gnu, there is nothing on CPAN called ReadLine::Gnu, and
there are other *::ReadLine::Gnu modules, this port should probably
renamed to p5-Term-ReadLine-Gnu.

Release notes for the 3.3 series:
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.3/release/3.3.html
This update took longer than expected because of a behavior change in CMake:
now calls to find_library(), find_path() etc will take the $PATH environment
variable into consideration, which in practice means that it will prefer
libraries in base instead of those in ports when both versions are available.
r395972 is an example of the groundwork that had to be done before landing this
patch.
- deskutils/owncloudclient: When OpenSSL from ports is to be used, make sure to
pass ${LOCALBASE} as $CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH, otherwise it will use the version in
base (see above) and fail on 9.x.
- math/cgal: Import upstream patch to fix the configuration process with CMake
3.3.x.

- Get rid of most of our patches: all the build fix patches are now
unneeded, and the only ones we still have in files/ are there to either
rename the xsd binary or install files into the right locations.
- Get rid of most bundled dependencies: use devel/build instead of the
bundled copy, and libcutl via devel/libcutl. The only exception is
libxsd-frontend, simply because its upstream is too horrible: it does not
even contain a `make install' target.
- Expand the LICENSE part: the port is GPLv2-licensed, but also contains
exceptions to allow its use with most free software licenses.
- Set CPPFLAGS, not CXXFLAGS, as the former's where we normally pass
additional include paths.

Advanced Python Scheduler (APScheduler) is a Python library that lets
you schedule your Python code to be executed later, either just once
or periodically. You can add new jobs or remove old ones on the fly as
you please. If you store your jobs in a database, they will also
survive scheduler restarts and maintain their state. When the
scheduler is restarted, it will then run all the jobs it should have
run while it was offline.

LuaRocks allows you to install Lua modules as self-contained packages
called rocks, which also contain version dependency information. This
information can be used both during installation, so that when one
rock is requested all rocks it depends on are installed as well, and
also optionally at run time, so that when a module is required, the
correct version is loaded. LuaRocks supports both local and remote
repositories, and multiple local rocks trees.
